**Required Skills & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent.
- 5+ years of trading systems analysis experience in a large global bank.
- Experience with alternative and/or electronic trading platforms (ATS, electronic exchanges), trading desk (NASDAQ) and SEC regulatory requirements.
- Background in Legal/compliance, audit, or data/metrics backgrounds
- Knowledge of the U.S. regulatory environment pertaining to alternative trading systems and the electronic equity trading business.
- Experience with FIX protocol and electronic ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) for vendor communication.

**Desired Skills & Experience**

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Use hands-on experience with trading systems to support the operations, compliance, and governance of the company's Alternative Trading System (ATS).
- Will produce and reconcile performance metrics of the ATS while protecting confidential trading information.
- Focus on activities that help with safeguarding, limiting and protecting confidential trading information.
- Will helping review system requirements, identify where requirements can be improved, reviewing regulatory & SOP filings for completeness, setting up calls, and perform documentation along with other daily analysis.
- Support supervisors with subscriber and business unit matters related to the ATS.
- Assist in the production of high-quality governance documentation that meets applicable standards for its intended audience.
- Assist in providing support services related to supervisory, compliance, surveillance, recordkeeping, and reporting obligations.
- Assist in gathering, drafting, editing, and adhering to developing standard operating procedures and written supervisory procedures.
- Collaborate with technology partners (internal and external) to draft, develop and implement documentation new and enhanced functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of real-time systems, including market data distribution, security master, position management, etc.

- Over time, expected involvement throughout the entire project process, spending time with tech and quantitative analysts generating ideas, discussing their designs with other developers, building, testing, and releasing their software into production, as well as supporting projects in production once they are live.

- BS or MS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering or similar discipline
- Internship in developing distributed systems, preferably in the financial services industry
- Working knowledge of SQL and managing large datasets

Key Responsibilities:
