**The Opportunity**
+ Perform airport capacity/demand assessment for planning studies using various tools, methods and techniques 
+ Develop and review airport master plans, program of requirements and conceptual / schematic layouts for airport facilities including passenger terminals, aircraft apron and support facilities  
+ Conduct analytical simulation/modeling, interpret results and identify solutions

**Is this role right for you?**
+ Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Civil/Industrial/Operations Research/Transport engineering or other relevant disciplines

New York City Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in New York City is $77,500 to $84,500 per year. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

What you’ll do:

We are looking for a collaborative, analytical and detail-oriented Planner who is excited to roll up their sleeves and be a part of shaping the future of Wolf and Shepherd! The Planner will be responsible for wholesale planning as well as the retail planning and allocation (two stores currently) for all product categories, with emphasis on Footwear. The Planner will help to drive sales and manage inventory levels by working closely with cross-functional partners in Wholesale, Merchandising and Planning on assortment planning as well as demand and supply planning for the 2 channels while also partnering closely with other cross functional teams in Product Merchandising, Operations, Production and Finance to help manage inventory, build out new processes as needed and ensure that wholesale and retail has the right inventory at the right time across all categories of business.


Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Your responsibilities are inclusive of the following but are not limited to:


Wholesale Planning:

-Creates and Manages the Open-to-buy Projections for the Wholesale channel, inclusive of bottoms up and topline planning by account

-Partners with the VP of Wholesale and Sr. Director of Merchandising to create bottoms up assortments by account and by style/color that include projecting for needs on fashion, carryover and core product.

-Is responsible for monitoring inventory health by style/color/size and proposing solutions to reorder, transfer or liquidate inventory as needed

-Responsible for analyzing all key account selling for not only wholesale but also DTC, staying on top of what’s working and not, attending key market appointments and gathering insights to help inform and communicate future buy decisions as well as opportunities for future product creation.

-Owns all department planning reporting for the channel, such as OTB projection docs, ATS reporting, Off-Price Reporting, etc

-Creates and enhances department reporting as needed, taking the business to the next level.

-Tracks Purchase Orders weekly and partners with Production, DTC planning and Wholesale Ops to make sure on time delivery for all sales orders.

-Proposes course correction needs in-season and partners with Sr. Manager Integrated Planning and Sr. Director of Merchandising to identify potential inventory transfer needs, MD, RTVs and/or reorder needs.

-Participates in the monthly/Qtrly OTB review meeting with Executive team and creates and presents all slides on behalf of the wholesale channel.

-Responsible for partnering with Sr. Manager Integrated planning and Sr. Director of Merchandising to review Omni Inventory Needs prior to each Seasonal Buy and uploading all Production Orders for the wholesale channel, ensuring coverage for all confirmed orders plus any ATS projection net needs.


Retail Planning & Allocation:

-Responsible for setting the seasonal assortment plans and inventory models for 2 retail stores in partnership with the Sr. Director of Merchandising.

-Will prep and execute weekly or bi-wkly replenishment orders to the stores

-Will partner closely with the Store Managers and Retail Ops team to adjust model stocks as needed and be a support for any product knowledge or visual merchandising questions that come up.

-Will create Quarterly Product Knowledge Decks and present them to the teams Quarterly for training

-Will propose and manage Qtrly RTV needs for the store, managing inventory health to make sure the stores have the right mix of products to drive sales and also regularly freshen up the stores.

-Will partner with Sr. Manager of Integrated Planning to make sure Open-to-buy projections are up-to-date.

-Updates final buy assortment docs for Retail in department Visualization tool, Miro

-Research and participate in helping to build out future department reporting/dashboards in tools such as Looker, and/or Netsuite, in addition to excel, as needed, to help take department to the next level.

-Assists team with any other ad hoc projects requested and/or approved by Manager


What we’re looking for:

-3+ years experience as a Planner

-Experience with replenishment planning

-Buying, Merchandising and Allocation experience a plus

-Strong excel skills with ability to set up advanced-level formulas, new templates and reports using SUMIFs, pivot tables and be comfortable working with raw data and organizing it into user friendly reports.

-Strong writing, communication and presentation skills

-Self Starter who can work independently as well as with teams as needed

-Must be flexible, collaborative, and a forward thinker

**Responsibilities:**
+ Firms and releases MOs in ERP
+ Audits and aligns MO requirements based on MPS.
+ Executes and monitors ERP suggestions and provide feedback if it is not aligned.
+ Analyses MO components and ensures material availability.
+ Works with Stock room to issue material to production on time.
+ Monitors production output and capacity.
+ Provides MO priority to production.
+ Schedules and coordinates material shipments for outsourcing process.
+ Ensures MO is close on time and material is shipped to the customer.
+ Provide production stopper alerts. (Shortages, quality, capacity, etc.)
+ Ensures special Runs are completed on time.
+ Manages product conversions and deviations.
+ Maintain ERP parameters.
+ Works with Master scheduler to provide clear to build for new CO and expedite request.
+ Schedules and Manages production plan meetings.
+ Kit Release Schedule.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in a related field and a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in material/production planning and procurement in a mid-to-large company, preferably in manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Solid understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
+ Material Review Planning (MRP) knowledge required
+ Knowledgeable and experience in electronic components required
+ APICS CPIM and or ISM Certified preferred
+ Basic knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 strongly preferred
+ Greenbelt Lean Manufacturing 6 Sigma certificate or equivalent training preferred
+ Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/ Kaizen preferred
+ Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office applications tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ Must be able to travel to Supplier base location

**Salary Range:**
$77,000.00-$102,600.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.

The Planner is responsible for managing finished goods and ensuring optimal inventory and OTD for Cytiva Membrane Manufacturing by following Danaher quality standards and best practices.
This position reports to the Sr. Supply Chain Manager and is part of the Supply Chain Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role .
What you will do:
+ Manage FIFO, LIFO, consumption, and shelf-life related planning of shipments for Finished Goods from manufacturing plant to distribution center and device sites
+ Ensure Inventory controls including receipt, storage, shipping, and cyclecount transactions are posted timely and accurately
+ Manage demand signals for strategic stock items on manufacturing site to ensure attainment of target inventory levels
+ Coordinate shipping, receiving, and material handling needs with distribution center team to ensure safe, high quality, and visually managed inventory storage of materials
+ Investigate, expeditiously resolve, and implement permanent countermeasures for Oracle/SAP orderbook flow discrepancies ensuring accurate and timely signals to manufacturing plant of true demand.
Who you are:
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
+ Proven experience (3 years) in warehouse operations, customer order planning, or supply chain management, preferably within the medical industry.
+ Proficiency in utilizing the Oracle and/or SAP system for order planning, warehouse management, shipping, or receiving
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Proven ability to effectively manage a process with good attention to details.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Ability to travel - 10% in-week travel within U.S. to Manufacturing and internal Customer sites
+ Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
+ Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lb
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experience in both SAP and Oracle planning experience
+ Strong excel and office suite skillset
+ Demonstrated application of 5S, Kanban, PFEP, and other Lean tools in previous roles

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $80-90K This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Planner to develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and safety stock levels. The ideal candidate will monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations and coordinate with Production, Planning, Sourcing, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability. Responsibilities also include using ERP/MRP systems to keep production data accurate and up to date, tracking progress on work orders, and adjusting plans as needed.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and maintain production schedules.
+ Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
+ Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sourcing, and Warehouse teams.
+ Utilize ERP/MRP systems for accurate production data.
+ Track progress on work orders and adjust plans as necessary.
+ Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and distribution activities.
+ Monitor for any supply chain disruptions and propose solutions.
+ Identify and recommend process improvement ideas.
+ Maintain Distribution Order dating to optimize material flow.
+ Support operations with on-time delivery of material to work centers.
Essential Skills
+ 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing planning role.
+ Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
+ Familiarity with ERP and MES systems like SAP, Oracle, or M3.
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Work Environment
This position requires working onsite in Solon. The planner will be part of a team led by the Materials Manager. The work environment is dynamic, fostering both independent and team collaboration.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr.
