Job Description
The Training Analyst will support the OTC Modernization project by driving the logistics, coordination, and execution of training activities across National Accounts (NA) and Field phases. This role reports directly to the Training Lead and partners closely with the Learning Developer to ensure training content, tools, and sessions are successfully developed, validated, and delivered. The Training Analyst will focus on the operational side of training, scheduling, coordination, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination & Logistics
- Manage training project trackers: update status, flag risks, and escalate issues.
- Handle logistics for testing prep sessions (SIT and UAT) (invite management, attendance tracking, distributing materials).
- Coordinate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, including scheduling, supporting facilitators, and capturing feedback.
- Prepare LMS and distribution workflows; manage participant readiness and training sign-ups.
- Support scheduling and delivery logistics for both NA and Field training waves.
Content & SME Support
- Route training materials for SME review, consolidate feedback, and maintain version control.
- Partner with Learning Developer to upload, test, and maintain ClickLearn modules, job aids, and other resources.
- Support persona and scenario development for training environments.
- Ensure alignment of training content with updated SOPs, policies, and system processes.
Execution & Reporting
- Track completion of training milestones and report progress to Training Lead.
- Provide weekly status updates and maintain clear documentation of risks/issues.
- Monitor training delivery effectiveness (attendance, completion, survey response rates) and support reporting.
- Support logistics for post-go-live hypercare activities.

- Send and track SIT roundtable invites, capture feedback in roundtables, and analyze notes.
- Update training progress tracker weekly and escalate issues.
- Consolidate SME feedback on draft training modules.

SAIC Naval Business Group is seeking a qualified MOC Training Analyst at Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), Suffolk, VA to support their Operational Level of War (OLW) Maritime Operations Center Type Commander (MOC TYCOM) Training and Readiness Branch. This work includes defining the readiness conditions of the MOC, particularly in the area of training readiness. Work will be performed on site.
Support will include a broad range of technical services to address wholeness gaps and OLW manpower, personnel, training and education (MPT&E) issues across the range of OLW/ MOC activities. The candidate will work MPT&E and capability assessment issues to develop Fleet HQ training solutions for functional and cross-functional warfighter teams as they relate to joint function integration. Specifically, the candidate will help develop and deliver a Training Manual for the MOCs, in coordination with other MOC TYCOM stakeholders, Navy Warfare Development Center (NWDC), and fleet representatives.
NOTE: This is a one-year delivery task order with potential for follow-on work upon completion.
**Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications:
+ 5 years experience as a Navy officer or senior enlisted working in or with a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) at the Operational Level of War.
+ Experience with Navy training and readiness processes and procedures.
+ Experience developing training materials, assessing and identifying learning gaps.
+ Knowledge of DoD IT systems and network certification, and accreditation processes to include security authorization agreements.

As a Client Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored learning plans for our clients, ensuring a premier training experience. This role will involve planning and coordinating all necessary technology, entitlement, and systemic requirements to meet the unique needs of each client. you will facilitate virtual one-on-one client training sessions for newly on boarded clients and existing clients who will require customized session to learn multiple products and view their actual company files and data.

Additionally, you will conduct webinar trainings, which will be live facilitator-led web conferences attended by multiple clients. Training delivery methods will primarily be conducted via Zoom, with an expectation of facilitating approximately 5-6, one-hour sessions per day. Your expertise will ensure that clients received comprehensive and effective training, enhancing their understanding and utilization of our products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate one-on-one and group client training sessions on our Treasury online platform, ensuring sessions are engaging and informative
  • Ensure client questions are answered during training sessions, building confidence in platform usage
  • Complete all online documentation within guidelines and according to the established SLAs
  • Update systems of record to ensure clarity of actions for other areas assisting clients
  • Assess and resolve issues quickly, escalating concerns when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up on unresolved inquiries
  • Participate in project teams or process improvement initiatives to enhance training effectiveness
  • Deliver training sessions in Spanish for clients preferring instructions in Spanish, demonstrating proficiency in both verbal and written Spanish, including banking terminology

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Possess at least 1+ year of training delivery experience or demonstrate the ability to convey complex information in a simple and logical manner, such as through walkthroughs and test resolutions
  • Exhibit strong level of attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Demonstrate strong business and cash management knowledge, along with product and process expertise
  • Showcase excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Display excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in managing and arranging appointments and meetings using a calendar, preferably with MS Outlook
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Demonstrated the ability to rapidly acquire and master proficiency in various internally developed desktop, web, and mobile applications

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish
  • Possess experience in delivering presentations within virtual environments, such as Zoom, WebEx, or similar platforms
  • Demonstrate familiarity with banking products and services, enhancing the ability to effectively communicate and train clients in this domain

**JOB SUMMARY:** A challenging instructor position that equips military students with the knowledge and skills to perform operations, system configuration, system administration, network monitoring, troubleshooting, fault isolation, and restoration of Navy communication systems and networks.
**RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:**
+ Developing, evaluating and executing training programs and activities to meet customer requirements and team learning and performance objectives
+ Preparing training materials and lab equipment for course delivery
+ Setting up and instructing both classroom and practical hands-on portions of each course
+ Performing system administration and maintenance on course technical training equipment
+ Preparing and instructing courses using standard Navy training practices and procedures
+ Collaborating with team members and customer personnel to develop, enhance, and evaluate new or existing learning objectives and course content
+ Monitoring and evaluating training programs, assessing results, and recommending and implementing enhancements
+ Developing and submitting periodic reports
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED CLEARANCE:**
+ DoD Secret level security clearance is required
**REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:**
+ Seven (7) years (minimum) combined experience in:
+ Instructing courses
+ Providing technical support for course curriculum
+ Providing technical support (i.e., system administration or maintenance) for any shipboard network systems and/or network cybersecurity positions, such as:
+ CANES

We're looking for someone who aspires to make significant contributions and grow in a team dedicated to creating and delivering training products for the operational needs of the Submarine Force and other navy communities.
What You Will Be Doing:
You'll apply your submarine expertise and fleet experience in non-nuclear submarine systems and the employment of those systems to create training products we design, develop, and deliver to address our customers' training or performance gaps. You'll be an integral member of a project team working with graphic artists, software programmers, and project managers to produce interactive training products.
As a training developer, you'll be assigned tasks including: assisting in defining training requirements, storyboarding Navy courses, and reviewing the accuracy of instructional and multi-media content that we develop. During storyboarding, you'll be responsible for designing engaging content, identifying relevant and current media images, and incorporating innovative approaches to learning. The production team will rely on you to access, navigate, and interpret information contained in Government-furnished technical manuals and information systems, as needed by each project. You will also assist with media gathering, team coordination, and workflow.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Prior service as a Navy training project manager, instructor, or course supervisor.
+ Experience with Submarine On-Board Training (SOBT) or Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) products and training development processes.
+ Possessing an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.*
