ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Partner with HR and leadership across departments to assess training needs, schedule sessions, and align programs with business goals.
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs and materials across various formats (e.g., instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, SOPs, videos, presentations).
- Design, develop, deliver, and continuous improvement of EASE training materials across a variety of channels and methods including but not limited to ILT and eLearning solutions.
- Own the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding, compliance, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives.
- Serve as lead facilitator for engaging, interactive training sessionsboth in-person and virtualincluding company-wide and soft skills programs.
- Provide strong project management in delivering training classes, workshops, and individual coaching sessions.
- Maintain and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS); track participation, analyze completion data, and enhance course offerings.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to refine content and improve impact.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor performance KPIs, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted learning solutions.
- Act as a strategic learning consultant, supporting internal teams with coaching, resources, and development pathways.
- Stay current on learning and development trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training programs remain innovative and effective.
- Manage training calendars, logistics, and vendor partnerships as needed.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
- In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a similar role is required.
Experience
- 28 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a similar role.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Strong understanding of training principles, tools, and standard methodologies.
- Proven experience both designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong facilitation skills in both live and virtual settings
- Experience with LMS platforms. Paycom experience is preferred.
- Experience creating web-based-learning classes.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies is a plus (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem solving skills, presentation, facilitation, project management, and analytical skills.
- Experience leading change management or leadership development programs.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
- The ability to work in a fast-past environment by remaining flexible and adapting to change with the ability to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or supply-chain preferred.

**ROLE OVERVIEW**
This role will support the plant in achieving manufacturing metrics by ensuring employee training is completed, work instructions/job aids are up to date, and other duties as directed by manager. Additionally, this role will support the plant in becoming World Class in all aspects of the business utilizing different training methods and CI processes.
