McDonald's is on an exciting journey to transform our enterprise functions. We are seeking a highly skilled Manager within Learning & Development to drive the design, curation, and deployment of learning initiatives as part of McDonald's Indirect Sourcing and Procurement transformation-related (GI Mod) efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the strategy, framework, and roadmap for learning activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities. This role requires strong collaboration with key stakeholders across functions and regions, as well as third-party vendors. This individual will work cross-functionally to understand the current talent landscape and identify critical gaps and requirements for the new organization.
As the Program Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing the trainings that will enable new ways of working, drive the successful deployment of new technology and processes, and support the new Indirect Sourcing & Procurement team. This role will report to the GI Mod Program Training Lead. You will be responsible for supporting the creation and execution of a comprehensive training strategy to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems, tools, and processes. You will partner closely with Market Training Leads to help them execute the training strategy, in adherence with the overall change strategy, at the market level. This role requires a deep understanding of learning & development, change management, strong project management skills, and ability to effectively train employees at all levels and cultures.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with the GI Mod Program Training Lead to develop a robust training strategy that aligns with the objectives of the GI Mod program
+ Validate a thorough assessment of training needs across various departments and user groups to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training plans
+ Create high-quality training materials, including user manuals, online tutorials, videos, and other resources to support end-users in understanding and utilizing the new procurement systems effectively
+ Develop engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for employees, Franchisees, and suppliers; and support Market Training Leads with the skills and knowledge required to deliver these sessions.
+ Leverage a consistent and comprehensive training approach that is user-friendly, and tailored to different audiences
+ Support translation efforts across markets, ensuring a framework is in place for local translation work, and markets are aligned on project plan to translation timing and reviews
+ Monitor the effectiveness of the training program through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and user assessments, and continuously refine the training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple functions and sub-functions, as well as third-party vendors, to gather strategic input and support design & development efforts.
+ Maintain comprehensive training documentation, including training schedules, attendance records, and evaluation reports. Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
+ Proven experience leading training initiatives, including systems implementations
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and train individuals at all levels of the organization
+ Proficiency in designing and delivering engaging training sessions using various methodologies
+ Familiarity with change management principles and practices
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment
Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per year.

**Requirements/Qualifications**

The Operations Corporate Management Training Program was developed to provide training for recent Hospitality college graduates for hotel management positions specifically in the Food and Beverage and Rooms division of the hotel. A portion of the program duration will be spent in the concentration of Food and Beverage, and the remainder will include a rotational schedule in the divisions of Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, and Sales & Events.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Associate's degree and a preferred minimum G.P.A. of 3.0
+ Nine months of relative industry work experience
+ Leadership and involvement in campus activities
+ Positive references from two previous work experiences
+ Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.
