**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing hybrid architectures (on-premise and cloud) within federal, DoD, or similarly regulated environments
+ Proven track record in transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms with minimal disruption to operations
+ Strong experience with zero-trust architectures, software-defined networking (SDN), and cybersecurity frameworks in a mission-critical environment

As a Principal Enterprise Architect (Utilities), you will develop a comprehensive enterprise architecture model for Utilities customers, aligning with their industry-specific goals and transformation priorities. You will collaborate with virtual account teams (VAT) as a transformation partner, helping Utilities organizations modernize mission-critical processes such as asset management, grid operations, energy trading, customer engagement, and regulatory compliance. You will drive value realization and solution adoption and lead activities such as:
1. Guide Utilities customers through their cloud journey (with special focus on adoption and value realization), starting with Enterprise archetypes and scaling digitally across generation, transmission, distribution, and retail.
2. Provide enterprise architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure that Utilities companies benefit from SAP's cloud qualities, including scalability, resilience, and regulatory alignment.
3. Act as the Transformation Partner for the CIO or other CxO in Utilities, driving architecture effectiveness and enabling sustainable energy transition.
4. Support adoption by identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks in Utilities operations, from outage management to customer service.
5. Enhance impact on customer's business goals by driving value realization through solution adoption and consumption of Utilities-relevant capabilities (e.g., S/4HANA for Utilities, SAP EAM, SAP CIS).
6. Bundle customer expectations and align Utilities business goals in a tangible enterprise-level success plan to monitor and validate KPIs & value drivers-such as grid reliability, operational efficiency, and sustainability-to enable value-driven business transformation with SAP's value framework.
7. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring secure, reliable, and flexible cloud environments for mission-critical Utilities processes.
8. Through governance, involve and engage relevant stakeholders across Utilities business and IT to enhance value realization, establish a common perspective on industry business goals and value drivers, and provide customer context to all teams.
9. Align Utilities customers and partners with SAP's Clean Core strategy, accelerate BTP adoption, and promote SAP best practices tailored to Utilities.
**What You Bring:**
**Transformation, Architectural & Solution Skills:**
1. Experience delivering enterprise business transformation projects within the Utilities industry and aligning customer priorities (e.g., energy transition, regulatory compliance, digital grid, customer service modernization) with target architecture and roadmap.
2. In-depth knowledge of the SAP Solution Portfolio and Enterprise Architecture Framework (North Star) with a focus on Utilities-specific solutions.
3. Experience with Business Technology Platform components (application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, AI) and practical experience with SAP S/4HANA for Utilities and related industry solutions.
4. Strong understanding of Cloud & Clean Core Strategy, familiarity with SAP LeanIX, Signavio, and Cloud ALM.
5. Knowledge of SAP's Business AI roadmap, including identifying Utilities use cases (e.g., predictive maintenance, energy demand forecasting, customer experience) and piloting AI-driven solutions to enhance industry processes.
6. Expertise in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies.
7. Understanding of SAP's value framework, value drivers, and business case creation with e.g., VLM (SAP Value Lifecycle Manager), tailored for Utilities transformation outcomes.
**Must-Have Requirements:**
1. 10 years in customer experience roles (e.g., Program Manager, Architect), with experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid Utilities solution landscapes.
2. Extensive knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, and experience with BTP components and services such as application development, automation, data and analytics, integration, and AI capabilities in Utilities contexts.
3. Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
4. S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA for Utilities application/functional knowledge/experience.
5. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills (in English) at senior management and C-levels, both within IT and across Utilities business functions.
6. Mindset for Strategic Thinking, Continuous Learning, and Business Acumen with Utilities industry context.

As a Transformation Success Architect, you are a critical part of the Transformation Success Architecture Team, ensuring our most important customers have a successful deployment and security operations transformation with XSIAM. You will act as the technical orchestrator for large and complex XSIAM deployments, engaging after the technical win and seeing the project through to production. Your primary goal is to make sure the customer realizes value rapidly by educating their operations teams on XSIAM capabilities and helping them apply these to their own SOC workflows. You are the key technical leader who directs and coaches our field teams to ensure a successful deployment.

  • Direct Professional Services (PS), Solutions Consulting (SC), and Domain Consulting (DC) resources, orchestrating workstreams to ensure a successful customer deployment
  • Educate and align customer security operations teams with XSIAM capabilities, running "day in the life" sessions and ensuring they can apply XSIAM to their specific workflows
  • Coach and train field DC and PS teams during deployments to build their skills for future projects.
  • Define, develop, disseminate, and improve best practices, templates, and knowledge that can be used by the broader field to scale our deployment capabilities
  • Provide technical and product consultation while managing escalations and issues throughout the deployment lifecycle
  • Lead customer workshops and gap analyses to assess customer needs, define outcomes, and identify any risks to a successful deployment
  • Document improvement recommendations from deployments to feed back into our processes.
  • Help transition the team's focus long-term to a "health check" process and expand our success model to new use-cases

  • Senior level technical acumen with XSIAM/SIEM solutions, including deep technical knowledge of all XSIAM capabilities
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills with strong executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate resources across multiple internal and external organizations 
  • A coaching and training mindset, with a proven ability to mentor others
  • A "scale mindset" with a focus on using AI for data collection, developing reusable process concepts, and authoring best-practice documentation
  • Ability to handle 4-5 concurrent deployment engagements
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
