Responsibilities:

The Transformation Consultant will support Barrow Wise's Illinois Secretary of State project and perform the following duties:

  • Establish a comprehensive plan to support the transformation journey
  • Migrate new systems away from legacy technologies
  • Consolidate data onto a modern, scalable, standards-based platform
  • Ensure all new systems are implemented with cybersecurity best practices
  • Evaluate current cybersecurity measures and modernize them based on best practices
