About the Role
We are seeking a proven leader to build and scale the Global Systems Integrator (GSI) and Digital Transformation Consultant (DTC) ecosystem into a major growth engine for the company. This role is not just about partnership management it's about orchestrating complex, high-value collaborations with Tier-1 GSIs , driving multi-million-dollar revenue outcomes, and positioning the company as the preferred partner for industrial digital transformation.
You will be directly accountable for $2M+ in partner-sourced revenue within 18 months , while establishing 10+ active GSI partnerships and embedding the company's platform into large-scale industrial transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a strong GSI partnership pipeline with 1015 Tier-1 partners in the first year.
- Develop multi-year joint business plans with each partner, including revenue and market penetration targets.
- Drive $M+ in partner-influenced/sourced revenue within 18 months through co-selling strategies.
- Execute joint GTM campaigns in steel, automotive, chemical, and energy manufacturing.
- Shorten enterprise sales cycles by embedding PlantOS into GSI-led transformation programs.
- Build relationships with senior GSI stakeholders (C-suite, practice directors, solution architects).
- Design partner enablement programs to ensure sales and technical team certifications.
- Collaborate with GSIs and internal product teams to co-develop industry-specific accelerators.
What Were Looking For
- 815 years of enterprise B2B software sales or partnership management experience.
- Minimum 5 years focused on GSI/consulting partnerships.
- Proven success delivering 1M+ annually in GSI-driven revenue.
- Strong network within Tier-1 GSIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, TCS, or Infosys.
- Background in manufacturing, industrial automation, or industrial IoT sales.
- Understanding of predictive maintenance, IIoT, and Industry 4.0 transformation trends.
