Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $250,000-$00,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. A client is looking for an Organizational Change Management Specialist to sit at least one day onsite in Westchester, NY, and the remainder remote. This person will be responsible for applying change management processes and standards to support adoption across various initiatives. This will include defining and overseeing the execution of change management plans and deliverables, as well as conducting assessments to determine change impact, risk, business readiness, etc. This analyst will be developing collaborative relationships with project teams and business leads to make recommendations and share change knowledge, as well as assessing current environments to understand what support may be needed to work toward adoption. Some examples of the types of projects this person may be involved in include an ERP global assessment, process initiatives surrounding vulnerability remediation and automation, adoption of system upgrades and usage, processes around how people interact with the project management lifecycle and increased engagement of certain audiences, and working with third party partners to align on process and change implementations. They will also be involved in the design and delivery of communication and training programs to make sure change is effectively communicated and taught. Along with project work, this person will be expected to partner with the appropriate stakeholders to assist with building out and improving the IT change management process, framework, tools, and best practices, as well as providing system administration and oversight to enterprise engagement tools as needed. This person needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills to be successful in this role. This person has to be comfortable with pay in the range of $50-54/hr dependent on experience level.
