The Manager, Operations Change & Transition Management supports the change management and transition activities in implementing and managing change across strategic initiatives. This role drives transformation efforts, manages stakeholder relationships, and enhances operational planning processes to achieve business objectives.
This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Northbrook, IL offices with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
A day in the life as a Manager, Change & Transition Management.
- Change Management & Transition Management:
- Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of change management activities
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to mitigate risks and enhance outcomes
- Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gather insights and support for strategic initiatives

The Change Management Manager is responsible for executing Clean Earth's Organizational Change Management (OCM) Capability. This role is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to drive adoption, minimize resistance and ensure successful transitions for employees and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive change management deliverables, including change plans, communications strategies, gap analyses, training programs, change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and stakeholder engagement activities to support successful transition.
· Identify and engage key stakeholders, understanding their concerns and managing their expectations throughout the change process.
· Develop and execute clear and consistent communications plans to inform employees about changes, address concerns, and build buy-in.
· Develop content using communications best practices in support of engagement activities, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletter content, user community communication, and materials in support of training (user guides and standard operating procedures).
· Proactively identify and address potential resistance to change, providing support and coaching to individuals impacted.
