What You'll Do
As a Transition Manager, you will:
+ Develop a detailed transition plan that outlines the scope, goals, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies of the change project.
+ Define roles and responsibilities of the entire transition team which include internal and external staff, vendors and partners.
+ Oversee organizational changes, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.
+ Must be able to meet objectives on time, mitigate potential risks, implement change strategies and communicate with team members to avoid disruptions.
+ Assess and optimize processes to enhance efficiency.
+ Monitor the progress and performance of the transition, tracking milestones, issues, risks and reporting on the status and outcomes to stakeholders.
This is a contingent position based upon contract award
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Must possess a US TS/SCI w/Poly Clearance
+ Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management or a related field AND five (5+) years experience working government contracts; OR
+ high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma or equivalent AND, ten (10+) years' experience in management related positions.
+ Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Must have a combination of technical, managerial, and interpersonal skills to perform their role effectively.
+ Managerial skills include strategic thinking, problem- solving, decision making, budgeting and resource allocation.
+ Possess experience dealing with multiple and diverse stakeholders, while balancing competing priorities and demands.

Job Description: As a Manufacturing Transition Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the process of moving work, including parts, machines, or entire departments, from one location or team to another within a manufacturing environment.   • Strong knowledge of inpatient psychiatric workflows, care coordination, and crisis intervention.
  • Demonstrate understanding of behavioral health admission criteria, utilization management principles, discharge planning processes, and payer requirements
  • Experience working with community based agencies and government agencies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, including OMH, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

    1. Works closely with the Counseling Department, Career Preparation and Student Human Resources staff on retention strategies.
    2. Develop retention strategies to assist the Center’s Admissions Counselors (AC) to ensure that the students are retained and graduate from the program.
  • Career Transition Services
    1. Supervises Career Transition Services programs and operations
    2. To ensure that Career Transition Services goals are monitored and met
    3. Develop and implement a Career Transition Readiness curriculum
    4. Work closely with CTS staff to find internal ways to improve FE’s (former enrollees) and Graduate Placement outcomes
    5. Foster strategic employer relationships, expanding job opportunities for students
  • Staff Oversight and Development
    1. Ensure staff have adequate training to complete key areas of responsibilities.
    2. Provide documented training to staff.
    3. Provide Cross-training for department employees.
    4. Coordinate staff meetings
    5. Provide timely staff evaluations

    1. Monitors budget and related areas for department and maintains spending limits.
    2. Assists in the coordination and communication between departments in the coordination of procedures necessary for efficiency of operations.

Transition Management is responsible for the legal and operational structuring, end to end coordination and integration of all new clients onto the Prime Financial Services (PFS) platform. The aim is to deliver a seamless and timely multi-asset class onboarding for our clients, spanning multiple products, including Equity and Fixed Income Prime Brokerage, Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage, Futures and Derivatives Clearing, Equity Derivatives and Repo Financing.

Job responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with primary client contacts, such as COOs and CFOs. Ensure that requirements are delivered with a sense of urgency. Lead onboarding deal team to deliver the firm in an integrated and seamless way to our clients during the onboarding process. Show flexibility to manage a varied client base including Hedge Funds, Alternatives, Banks, Asset Managers, and Pension Funds.
  • Product Structuring: Translate a client strategy and structure along with their margin and financing needs to the relevant J.P. Morgan products and legal entities, working to identify and deliver business solutions to our clients. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the PFS product suite with an expectation to consultatively work with clients from a pre and post go-live perspective.
  • Commercial Outlook: Understand the commercial and risk asks of a client from a new launch perspective. Work with internal partners to engage clients in a comprehensive manner looking across, to the extent possible, all products and legal agreements.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Direct the delivery of a client onboarding through go-live. Build strong relationships with all internal partner teams. Serve as initial point of escalation internally and for our clients, showing the ability to self-solve and question the status quo.
  • Data Management: Become a point of contact within the team for data aggregation and reporting to stakeholders. Develop and implement processes to allow for tailored communication to partner teams and clients. Establish templates for handovers as well as commentary for broader use.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 3+ years in a client facing role within the financial services industry
  • Understanding of the alternatives and institutional client landscape, with insight into the financing and clearing products each may use as part of their strategies
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with both clients and internal partner groups
  • Solutions oriented with strong project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize, multi-task and deliver within tight and changeable timeframes
  • Confident, driven, proactive self-starter with an ability to work independently but also identify potential issues and escalate when required
  • Inquisitive and investigative, with an eagerness to embrace new challenges and opportunities for learning
  • Experience with business analytics/coding to initiate process improvements/create templates for client materials also advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 registered or able to be obtained shortly after hire
