**Job Duties**
+ Translation Projects - Coordinate translation projects within the Translation Management System (TMS) and Workfront Project Management System. Collaborate with internal content owners and stakeholders to ensure translation processes are followed and terminology guidelines are adhered to. Administer the translation project queue leveraging in-house resources and external vendors. Notify management or Translation and Terminology Specialist II when localization partners don't adhere to localization guidelines. Prepare purchase orders and seek approval prior to initiating work with external translation providers. Notify project requestor and supervisor if translation anticipated project delivery dates or costs change.
+ External Translation Providers and Internal Reviewers - Facilitate ongoing relationships with localization vendors. Identify localization issues or disagreements, whether system or product, identify causes and recommend corrective/preventative action.
+ Translation Management System - Assist continued enhancement, configuration, testing and ongoing oversight of the Translation Management System (TMS). Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot connectivity issues between the TMS and other systems. Assist in developing requirements, project plans, and workflows for system enhancements or content changes. Use reporting features of the TMS to analyze translation project activity and accuracy.
+ English Terminology Database and Style Guides - Create and manage terminology workflows. Assist with cross-departmental terminology circle meetings and new product terminology sessions. Assist with maintenance terminology databases. Integrate terminology with authoring assistance and translation workflows as well as the Component Content Management System (CCMS).
**Minimum Qualifications**
