Job Description
+ Perform transmission design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion.
+ Modify and review transmission components for project needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers.
+ Prepare transmission equipment: packaged equipment specifications and data sheets, Request for Qualifications (RFQ's), technical bid summaries, and purchase recommendations.
+ Perform economic conductor selection studies, lightning performance and grounding calculations/studies.
+ Compile calculations for required electrical clearances based on NESC or other applicable codes and resources. Prepare communications of the interpretation and application of necessary NERC, FERC and regional requirements and standards.
+ Applies strong knowledge of commonly used transmission engineering/design concepts, principles, practices, codes, and procedures within the transmission engineering services industry.
+ Research and compile project related data as required by the project managers. Compiles studies and reports. Writes specifications.
+ Update drawings provided by senior engineers to verify corrections are made within multiple CAD related software.
+ Compiles information for client presentations, shop drawing review, and contract administration for the design of power, process, pipeline, industrial, healthcare, airports, educational institutions, commercial, and governmental and military facilities.
+ Performs field inspections, measurements or calculations for public and private clients.
+ Performs other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program. and 3 years of transmission engineering experience, consulting preferred. Required or
+ Bachelor Degree in Civil or related Engineering Technology from an ABET accredited program and successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam. and 3 years of transmission engineering experience, consulting preferred. Required or
+ Master Degree in Civil Engineering and 2 years of transmission engineering experience, consulting preferred. Required
+ Strong knowledge in standard civil/structural engineering techniques and procedures.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment and demonstrated critical thinking skills.
+ Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)

**Compensation**
$100,000.00-155,000.00 Yearly
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.

Job Description
The Senior Transmission Engineer will lead the design of complex transmission line projects. Responsibilities will include project technical oversight, providing technical expertise and leading technical design staff. This position will be a recognized industry leader in transmission line design and provide best practices for related projects.

**Qualifications**

Job Description
As a TruckPro Transmission / Differential Rebuilder , you are joining a thriving Rebuild Shop and will perform bench repairs on customer transmission and differential units as well as PTOs and other gear components. You will also grind flywheels and bend u-joints according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Performing bench repairs on customer transmission and differential units
- Repairing PTOs and other gear components
- Grinding flywheels and bending u-joints according to customer specifications.
- Disassembling unit components; wash parts, inspect parts, prep parts and discard all damaged parts
- Preparing a list of required replacement parts on work orders
- Paint and clean new parts
- Reassemble and assign serial number to unit
- Submit work order for invoicing
- Perform basic welding functions
- Inform customer/manager of completion times, services expenses, and possible changes
- Clean work area as required and maintain equipment; Adhere to all environmental, health and safety standards
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Mechanic experience, automotive or commercial vehicle preferred
- Automotive, Light-Duty, or Heavy-Duty Repair experience
- Your own set of basic hand tools required for the job, or willingness to purchase tools as needed
- Ability to safely lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods
- Initiative to address challenges and seek solutions
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
- Customer service orientation
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
