We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Associate Language Services Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clients by providing expert guidance on language services. Collaborating closely with senior advisors, you will assess client needs, recommend tailored language solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in client relationship management, project coordination, and language service expertise. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior advisors to evaluate client language service requirements and gather project details.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on language services, including translation, interpretation, localization, and related solutions.
- Develop and present customized language service proposals aligned with client objectives, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate language service projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project tracking.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, linguists, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on deliverables to guarantee accuracy, adherence to client specifications, and exceptional standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and providing regular project updates.
- Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs, measuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service offerings.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflows and service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in linguistics, communication, translation, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong passion for languages and a keen interest in pursuing a career in the language services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in at least one language in addition to English is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with language services, such as translation, interpretation, localization, or transcription is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using computer software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite or project management applications.

How you'll contribute
- Play an important part in helping our patient to recover and feel better about themselves by providing therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive and swallowing abilities
- Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements
- Instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs
- Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition
- Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standard and applicable state/federal laws
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and requirements:
- Graduate of a master's level program in Speech Language Pathology which is accredited by Education Standards Board or whose practice meets ASHA certification requirements
- Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
- Minimum of six months speech therapist / speech language pathologist experience working with an adult and geriatric population
- Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
