Amazon Air is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join the Global Fleet Management team. This role will focus on supporting aircraft fleet management activities, including lease returns, aircraft deliveries, and asset transitions.
The successful candidate will bring a solid aviation and technical background, strong organizational and communication skills, and a desire to drive process improvements that enhance fleet management efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
- Coordinate lease return and aircraft delivery processes, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, commercial requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Support asset transitions while driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Technical teams, Asset Management, Finance, and Legal to influence fleet management activities.
- Interface with aircraft lessors, OEMs, and third-party vendors to align on technical and commercial deliverables.
- Maintain digital fleet management systems to support asset tracking and lease return planning.
- Assist in technical records review and aircraft transition documentation.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on program status for leadership.
About the team
The Fleet, Aviation Sourcing, and Technical (FAST) organization's role is to set the short, medium, and long-term sourcing strategies to enable the Amazon Global Air business to be successful. The organization oversees projects covering fleet, air carriers, ground handling, airframe and power-plant maintenance, ground support equipment, loading containers, fuel, and sustainability.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, aviation management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in aviation fleet management, technical operations, or aircraft leasing/MRO.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience supporting aircraft transition projects such as lease returns or deliveries.
- Understanding of aircraft technical records and maintenance documentation.

The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market.
