Position Overview

The Data Analyst, Fleet Management role will be responsible for ensuring the overall device health of Gridware's deployed fleet. The role will specifically focus on core capability development for device health classification, diagnostics, health warnings, and respective remediations. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills for route optimization, and proficiency in logistics software. Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all transportation activities for the company's fleet.
  • Optimize routes and delivery schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage driver assignments and ensure compliance with driving hours regulations.
  • Track vehicle locations and monitor fleet performance using GPS and other tracking systems.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal fleet uptime.
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and databases related to transportation and fleet management.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments regarding delivery status and logistics.
  • Respond promptly to any issues or disruptions in transportation services.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
  • Assist in managing inventory and warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or fleet management.
  • Strong understanding of transportation regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in logistics and fleet management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Transportation Management, Samsara).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
