Data auditing, field observation, positive coaching techniques, strong communication and engagement skills. Must oversee payroll, dispatch experience and supervise the cdl drivers/team. Must be a self-starter, interpersonal, professional, and approach as a team player. Time management skills and the ability to foster positive culture and relationships. Work Schedule- Monday-Friday Midnight - 9 AM - (flexibility as needed to cover business needs).
Salary range - $67K- $72k - max 12% performance bonus.

**Responsibilities**

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Seven or more years of experience in supply chain analysis and solutions including material availability and logistics
+ Possess a valid Class C Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in transportation specifically with coordination of transporting oversized and overweight machinery or construction equipment (i.e., over 65,000 pounds)
+ Utility industry experience
+ Demonstrated experience with the project management and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing suppliers, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project performance
