Responsibilities

Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.

  • Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.

Preferred Credential(s):

  • Drivers License.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Additional Preferences
  • One year recent experience as a Physical Therapist

**Job Description**
We are currently seeking a full-time Travel Physical Therapist based in or near **St. Simons Island, Georgia** . Clinic coverage may include the **coastal Golden Isles region** , as well as nearby communities across **Southeast Georgia and Northern Florida** . This is an incredible opportunity to live and work in a scenic beach town while exploring other vibrant areas throughout the Southeast.
+ Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
+ Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
+ Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers
+ Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
+ Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
+ Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
+ Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies
**Qualifications**
+ Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
+ Current state of Georgia license, CPR certification
+ Exercise, sports rehab, and manual-based skills
+ Outgoing and energetic personality
+ New graduates are welcome!
**Additional Information**
+ Salary Range $80,000-$110,000
+ Sign-on bonuses available
+ 13 Weeks Assignments
+ Mileage Reimbursement
+ Living Expense Stipend, (covers food and housing)
+ Therapist Incentive Bonuses
+ MENTORSHIP and continuing education
