The Physical Therapist 2 examines patient's medical history, evaluates their physical abilities, determines their potential to respond to therapy, and develops treatment plans. Required Qualifications
Individuals licensed prior to 2016 would have to meet the educational requirements in place at that time (typically a bachelor's or master's degree).
Individuals licensed in 2016 or later would have been required to obtain a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree to qualify for licensure.
Must hold a current and active physical therapy license in the state of employment, and remain in compliance with licensure standards, including completion of 24 hours of continuing education.
