Summary:

We’re looking for a dedicated Physician to join our team, providing care across multiple senior living communities and serving as a trusted partner to facility staff, residents, and families. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on an underserved population while building relationships, leading teams, and shaping the future of geriatric care.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Round on and manage clinical care for older adults in partner facilities including skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care.

  • Provide on-site medical coverage across multiple facilities (4 days per week).

  • Serve as interim Medical Director, collaborating with administrators, nursing directors, and staff.

  • Partner with multi-disciplinary care teams to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing per Curana policy.

  • Respond to facility calls during business hours when not physically present.

  • Support smooth transitions as permanent Curana providers are placed.

  • Represent Curana Health as a trusted physician leader and role model.
