Responsibilities:
  1. Complete assigned deliverables and activities on time with a high degree of quality.
  2. Lead/supervise projects and provide guidance/training to Business Consulting Group Members to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.

  6. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of professional and technical staff assigned to projects by assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, directing efforts, and providing guidance.
  7. Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness for all projects.
  8. Prepare proposals, budgets, and workload projections for the Business Consulting Group.
  9. Be an effective leader and communicator with team members and clients.
  10. Manage and/or coordinate with other Consulting Groups associated with the project.
  11. Participate in client and team meetings, resolving project issues.
  12. Represent evolv and its clients at meetings and presentations related to assigned projects.
  13. Participate in community and industry networking groups.
  14. Meet regularly with clients to discuss current projects, evaluate firm performance, and identify new business opportunities.
  15. Partner with evolvs Sales team to create action items regarding potential Business Consulting opportunities.
  16. Coach, develop, and mentor Analysts, Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, and Architects within the Business Consulting Group.
  17. Maintain best practices across multiple clients, influencing client decisions and creating new work opportunities.
  18. Prioritize operational excellence by meeting or exceeding all utilization goals (1500 billable hours) while encouraging team members to reach 2000 billable hours.
  19. Contribute to evolvs culture and people development through collaboration, internal initiatives, and obtaining certifications.
  20. Support growth by building client partnerships, recruiting top talent, hosting meetups, attending conferences, and authoring case studies and blog posts.
  21. Manage assigned annualized revenue for the Consulting Group/Client Team.
  22. Perform other duties as assigned.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
