Job Description
Description:
Forget the 9-to-5 Grind. Your Adventure Starts Here.
Tired of the same four walls? Ready to trade your desk chair for the driver's seat of a nationwide tour? MRA is on the hunt for charismatic, road-savvy, and unflappable Tour Operators to pilot our clients' brands into the hearts and minds of people across the country.
This isn't your average driving gig. You're the director of a rolling rock show, the captain of a mobile marketing mission, the face of a brand, and the hero who makes it all happen. You'll navigate the highways and byways of America, transforming empty spaces into unforgettable brand experiences. If you're a people person with a passion for logistics and a clean driving record, we want to hear from you.
Requirements: What You'll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):- Own the Road: Safely pilot a non-CDL tour vehicle (think custom-wrapped trucks, Sprinter vans, and awesome marketing rigs) from city to city, managing your route and schedule like a pro.
- Be the Expert: Become a master of the machine. You'll be responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of all tour elements – from interactive displays and sound systems to pop-up shops and sampling stations.
- Engage and Excite: You are the brand ambassador! Your energy is infectious. You'll interact with the public, create a welcoming atmosphere, and represent our world-class clients with professionalism and personality.
- Problem-Solve on the Fly: Every day on the road is different. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, quick fixes, and ensuring the show goes on, no matter what.
- Manage the Details: Handle daily reporting, track inventory, manage expenses, and communicate effectively with our rockstar team back at headquarters.
- Proven Experience: You've been in the trenches of experiential marketing. Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Tour Manager, or in a similar field is required . You know how to bring a brand to life.
- Road Warrior Status: You have a valid driver's license (non-CDL), a squeaky-clean driving record, and the confidence to operate a large vehicle.
- The "Figure It Out" Gene: You're resourceful, mechanically inclined, and don't get rattled when things go sideways. You see a challenge and think, "I got this."
- A People Person's Personality: You're outgoing, professional, and can strike up a conversation with anyone. You're the ultimate host.
- Stamina for Days: This role requires travel, long hours, physical activity (loading/unloading, setup), and the ability to be "on" for extended periods. It's a marathon, not a sprint, and you love the pace.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and email for reporting and communication.
At MRA, we believe our people are our greatest asset. That's why we invest in them. When you join our team, you're not a 1099 contractor – you're a full-fledged employee . We’ve got your back.
- Real Benefits: You'll be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Plan for the Future: Take advantage of our 401(k) program.
- Steady Partnership: We offer the stability of a W-2 employment relationship.
- See the Country: Get paid to travel and experience cities and towns you've only dreamed of visiting.
- An Unbeatable Team: Join a culture of creative, passionate, and supportive people who are the best at what they do.
Ready to ditch the ordinary and start an extraordinary career? If you're nodding your head and thinking, "This is ME," then we can't wait to see your application.
