- Perform the function of eDiscovery for records requests and other investigative needs
- Assist in development and maintenance of district technical standards for computing systems along with infrastructure design
- Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and alerts or other communications regarding server and systems operations and/problems at any time
- Participates in RFP, procurement, and contracting processes for the selection and acquisition of technical products, goods and services, as necessary.
- Provide file server support including configuration, authorization, and access, and information security
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to self-actualization by continually updating and acquiring skills and knowledge applicable to the role to allow continually growth both professionally and personally.
- Supports projects and the ongoing application of technology, once implemented, through preparation of documentation. Leads the development of technical standards, policies, and procedures that support District technology functions.
- Work with director and networking engineer to secure systems.
- Maintain and renew digital certifications prior to expiration
- Manage password changes at least twice each year
- Windows, Apple, and Chrome management including Active Directory and imaging
- System and servers - patching, repair, maintenance, backup/restore, and upgrades
- Electronic mail delivery and phishing response
- Server and storage creation, repair, maintenance, redundancy, virtualization, and security.
- Participates in planning efforts to define the future technological and strategic direction for the District.
- Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed.

- Assist other technical team members with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Assist other technical team members with the architecture, deployment and support of various applications and systems.
- Act as source of direction, coaching, training, and guidance of less experienced staff. Maintain skill sets as technologies and systems change.
- Supervise Tech II with an emphasis on systems integration
- Continues to research and implement new technologies and industry best practices. Provide backup support to other positions in case of absence or work overload. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with staff and customers at all organizational levels.

- A minimum of five years' experience in K12 environment leading integration projects
- Experience delivering and integrating IT systems and Business technology projects;
- Experience troubleshooting advanced technical issues.
- Experience working across IT, Line of Business, and Executives;
- Experience managing resources, time, and scope
- Experience managing competing priorities
- Experience installing, configuring, managing Windows Server 2019, 2022, 2025, and Linux servers
- Understands requirements for security, data privacy, and compliance
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required:
Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, information systems, or related field required.
Certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, LEAN, and Agile preferred .
Oregon Fingerprint and Criminal Background Check clearance
Valid Driver's License and evidence of insurability

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
This is a 12-month position assigned to the classification of the Reynolds Administrator Agreement salary schedule for Administrative Professional/Specialist III. Terms and conditions of employment are established by the Reynolds Administrative Agreement.
