What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field
  • 5-7 years of business, health insurance or general health industry
  • 5 years of experience in defining and analyzing business requirements, process modeling
  • Acceptance testing with 1 year experience leading and delivering quality UAT in support of corporate projects. Experience effectively writing and running queries to support UAT activities; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Healthcare Insurance & Technical Expertise: Knowledge of healthcare insurance domain and Facets experience required; experience with programming languages, software tools, desktop applications, and Agile/software development methodologies preferred
  • Comprehensive Testing & Quality Assurance: Ability to elaborate business requirements into effective test cases, define and execute test scripts, apply industry-standard processes throughout the software development lifecycle, and utilize vast knowledge of testing techniques including UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing approaches
  • Process Analysis & Risk Management: Ability to identify process changes and impacts on end-user operations, prioritize test cases using risk-based approaches, and understand operational measures affecting functional business areas while measuring against defined KPIs

What You Will Do at Cambia:
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Management : Understand business work streams from user perspectives, review business/system requirements and architecture documents, advise Product Owners on KPIs, and function as business area expert for operational questions
  • Comprehensive Test Strategy & Planning : Apply industry-standard methods to develop UAT, regression, and end-to-end functional tests with preliminary planning, create quality testing strategies, and define test data while ensuring adequate coverage across multiple business areas
  • Test Execution & Documentation : Execute planned UAT activities using required testing tools, compile final testing documentation for Bundle Release, and ensure quality of deliverables across full project lifecycle
  • Team Leadership & Development : Select, schedule, train, and coach Business Test Teams, provide system/tool access, mentor team members, and collaborate with development partners on quality goals, constraints, and risks
  • Project Management & Coordination : Plan and lead business test activities as project manager for quality-related deliverables, issues, status reporting, and resources while managing project appropriateness, quality, timeliness, estimates, schedules, and proactive risk management
  • Defect Management & Triage : Report test results, submit and verify defect fixes, lead UAT defect triage with business impact prioritization, and collaborate with peers for efficient execution
  • Progress Monitoring & Communication : Monitor UAT progress, eliminate obstacles, report progress and recommendations to project and senior management, and act as information resource for Quality Assurance and UAT Analysts
  • Metrics & Performance Analysis : Use metrics to understand process effectiveness, quality, and UAT progress while tracking ongoing progress through established measures and milestones

The expected hiring range for a UAT Coordinator is $83,300 - $12,700 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is 78,000 - 128,000.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage taskers and staffing packets.
  • Serve as test manager for PEO Soldier programs, with duties as identified below.
  • Plan and manage assignments, progress and evaluates results.
  • Research applicable documents such as Capability Development Documents, Capability Production Documents, product specifications, and Army Regulations, to develop and staff for approval Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) to support program milestones.
  • Coordinate with ATEC to determine and develop appropriate Testing for Government Programs.
  • Monitor ATEC activities to ensure adequacy of their testing and assessments to ensure they have the data and results needed to support independent evaluation.
  • Oversee or conduct Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and ensure adequacy of associated test plans, procedures, and test execution, and closure on all test issues.
  • Ensure military tactics, techniques, and procedures used during testing are current and representative.
  • Attend testing and report of test results and issues as required by PM.
  • Evaluate test data, assess risks, and develop test result summaries for leadership briefings, Suitability Statements and Milestone Decisions.
  • Work with Assistant Product Managers, Product Leads and PMs to understand interfaces and address and resolve integration issues.
  • Review system evaluation plans, evaluation strategy reviews, and provide input to the PMs.
  • Work on scheduling and resourcing DT/OT events.
  • Review test plans, test procedures, test reports and system assessment reports, for adequacy, accuracy, and identification of issues.
  • Use test plans or other program data/research to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements to support programs.

**Position Summary**
MAG Aerospace is seeking a cleared **Project Lead** to support an Army Product Management Office on Ft Belvoir, VA. Subject matter expert for **Test** and Evaluation, and has the ability to lead **test** efforts on assigned programs with minimal oversight from the Government.
Position requires extensive knowledge and previous experience in Defense Acquisition Systems (non-IT) and Military Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Secret clearance required.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
**Du** **ties include, but not limited to:**
+ Manage taskers and staffing packets.
+ Serve as test manager for PEO Soldier programs, with duties as identified below.
+ Plan and manage assignments, progress and evaluates results.
+ Research applicable documents such as Capability Development Documents, Capability Production Documents, product specifications, and Army Regulations, to develop and staff for approval Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs) to support program milestones.
+ Coordinate with ATEC to determine and develop appropriate Testing for Government Programs.
+ Monitor ATEC activities to ensure adequacy of their testing and assessments to ensure they have the data and results needed to support independent evaluation.
+ Oversee or conduct Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and ensure adequacy of associated test plans, procedures, and test execution, and closure on all test issues.
+ Ensure military tactics, techniques, and procedures used during testing are current and representative.
+ Attend testing and report of test results and issues as required by PM.
+ Evaluate test data, assess risks, and develop test result summaries for leadership briefings, Suitability Statements and Milestone Decisions.
+ Work with Assistant Product Managers, Product Leads and PMs to understand interfaces and address and resolve integration issues.
+ Review system evaluation plans, evaluation strategy reviews, and provide input to the PMs.
+ Work on scheduling and resourcing DT/OT events.
+ Review test plans, test procedures, test reports and system assessment reports, for adequacy, accuracy, and identification of issues.
+ Use test plans or other program data/research to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements to support programs.
+ Track all testing planned and maintain a Master Test Schedule. Share data with PEO level T&E personnel for test synchronization.
+ Ensure all Government test planning documents are uploaded to the appropriate databases.

* Sample management, including tracking, unpacking, preparing, measuring, and shipping product samples for testing purposes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from accredited college/university.
