Work you'll do:
As a WFM Senior Manager, you should expect to be involved in the following:
+ Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, business owners, and senior executives to understand business objectives and translate those goals into an end-to-end solution that ensure scalability, performance and security.
+ Establish Deloitte point of view for clients about leading practice for WFM processes and technologies.
+ Lead teams to design and define the scope resulting in efficient and effective pricing and resource planning
+ Share your knowledge of WFM applications as you lead your team through the sales and solutioning process to formulate the best plan to drive client goals forward.
+ Development and management of client relationships
+ End-to end management of WFM projects including team, timeline, budget and quality and risk management.
+ Engage with Deloitte's Human Capital practice offerings and understand our key messages to bring additional value to clients.
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
+ 8+ years of experience actively working with HR and WFM functions and processes, demonstrating strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
+ 8+ years of experience actively working with WFM products and technologies (UKG, Infor)
+ 8+ years of experience working with Global Fortune 500 firms.
+ 8+ years of experience in all phases of a WFM implementation lifecycle (Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing)
+ 8+ years leading project teams including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
+ 8+ years managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues
+ 8+ years of experience pf proactive quality and risk management
+ 8+ years mentoring, developing and sharing information with colleagues
+ 4+ years of experience in driving sales
+ Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization, including developing strong relationships with client executives.

Work you'll do
As a UKG Pro WFM Pro Timekeeping Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:
+ Implement UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping modules including Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer.
+ Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer and manufacturing industries.

Qualifications Required:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. **Overview**
Staff Business Analyst- UKG role will work on our SG Time function, with a focus on UKG Dimensions. This role serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that timekeeping processes and data needs are clearly understood, documented, and supported.
