Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in QA/Data analytics, with 3+ years in a dedicated QA role.
- Testing Methodologies & Processes: Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum. Able to define test strategy, design test plans/cases, and track coverage/metrics.
- Automated Testing: Proficient with Playwright, Jest, Supertest, Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG. Experience integrating test suites into CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

About the role

Through a multiagency contracting approach, the Collaborative Operations for Battlespace Resilient Architecture (COBRA) initiative focuses on advancing these technologies to achieve multi-domain battlespace integration and resilient command and control. Essential Job Responsibilities

Develops and maintains Quality Control (QC) processes, procedures, and checklists.

Conducts internal reviews and audits to determine compliance with established performance standards and quality levels.

Conducts process improvement and root cause analysis/defect correction activities as required as well as collects and maintains quality records.

Generates quality reports of program activities and communicates recommendations.

Monitors the corrective action process as well as establishes and tracks key evaluation metrics.

Identifies and implements quality approaches to ensure adherence to performance metrics.

Measures and audits projects against AS9100 quality management system standards as applicable.
Minimum Qualifications
9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
