- Full call participation, equal share nights, weekends, daytime hospital rounds

- Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of State
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physicians field of practice

Team and Support- Well-established team of 22 members (18 Physicians & 4 Advanced Practitioners)
- Strong specialty support and a 12-bed ICU with intensivist coverage
- Tele-hospitalist service overnight, no night shifts required
- Dedicated admitters and nursing staff
- Blocked scheduling for work/life balance
- Fully integrated Epic EMR system for care coordination
- Admit and round on adult medical/surgical patients, 15-18 patients per day
- Shifts: 5 days on/5 days off, 12-hour day shifts (7A-7P) and occasional swing shifts (12P-12A)
- Shared coverage of days, weekends, and holidays
- Cover 2 medical floors, 1 cardiology, 1 surgical, and consults in rehab/mental health
- Optional procedures and ICU coverage available but not mandatory
