Maximus is currently hiring for a Sr Medical Services Recruiter to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote opportunity. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter is responsible for managing the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance. The Sr Medical Services Recruiter would also be tasked with utilizing various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire provider/DX facility recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers, and compliance.
- Utilize various sourcing methodologies to identify potential providers/facilities, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and conferences.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of all required documents to the credentialing team, adhering to company compliance policies.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on provider recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Ensure all hiring decisions comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative provider/DX facility recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with operational leaders to address workforce and provider recruitment challenges.
- Assist with training new provider/DX facility recruiters and cross-training of existing lower level recruiters.
- Please note upon hire, Veteran Evaluation Services (VES), a Maximus Co. will provide all necessary computer equipment that is to be utilized to fulfil the duties of your role. New hires will not be exempt from using company provided equipment.
- Home Office Requirements Using Maximus-Provided Equipment:
- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to (1) Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous medical services and/or business development related recruiting experience highly preferred.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Manger of Medical Staff Services (MSS) assists the Market Director Medical Staff Services with implementation of and compliance with credentialing initiatives/processes. The incumbent is expected to maintain a working knowledge of applicable HCA Healthcare and Parallon Credentialing Processing Center (CPC) policies, accreditation standards and regulations associated with medical staff services, and play a key role in the integration of HCA Clinical Strategies and HCA systems. Some key job responsibilities:
+ Develop facility credentialing policies in accordance with accreditation/regulatory standards, HCA Healthcare policies, and medical staff bylaws.
+ Coordinate the work in matters related to practitioner health and professional conduct, and support functions for continued monitoring.
+ Maintain the official emergency call schedule and records for call compensation payments.
+ Manage correspondence between facility and individual medical staff members, not related to credentialing matters.
+ Provide support functions to medical staff officers in performance of their duties.
+ Collaborate with the Market Director in the development, maintenance, and distribution of medical staff governance documents (i.e. bylaws, rules & regulations, policies) and implementation of an annual review process.
+ Facilitate orientation for new medical staff members (and in partnership with other key stakeholders to include Director of Clinical Informatics (DCI) and IT&S personnel.
+ Collaborate with the Market Director to facilitate orientation for new officers, committee members and governing body.
+ Provide education to administrators and department directors regarding CPC operations and MSSD operations, privileging (including temporary and disaster privileging), and non-privileged practitioner credentialing.
+ Serve as the facility's subject matter expert regarding relevant accreditation and regulatory requirements related to the medical staff.
+ Notify the CPC, Division and corporate teams of any upcoming or ongoing surveys relative to credentialing, privileging and PPE/peer review activities and functions.
+ Coordinate accreditation, regulatory, and any internal surveys relative to credentialing, privileging and PPE/peer review activities and functions.
+ Respond to any reviews of accreditation and regulatory compliance citations or deficiencies by developing and implementing corrective action plans.
+ Collaborate and coordinate with Market Director, on the review of eligibility criteria for each clinical privilege or grouping of clinical privileges that require the same qualifications and competencies.
+ Facilitate any required regulatory agency reporting of adverse actions taken against a practitioner's medical staff membership or clinical privileges, as directed by facility leaders.
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Certified Professional Medical Services Management and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years comprehensive credentialing experience in an acute care hospital or Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) setting. Minimum of 1 year supervisory/management experience.
