**Job Responsibilities**
+ Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
+ Performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient / resident rooms that may include vacuuming, high and low dusting, bed making and stripping, and removal of general and hazardous waste. Cleans restrooms following proper infection control procedures.
+ Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
+ Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
+ Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
+ Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
+ Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, patients, and co-workers. Is adaptable to customer needs.

Flexible Schedule/Call:

The Environmental Services EVS Supervisor is responsible for developing and implementing facility solutions. This role will lead the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.

Identify client needs and communicate operational progress. Deliver and model WEST as the foundation for delivering excellent customer service.
Assists with planning and information as the standard selling model (STAR) is applied with client interactions.
Facilitate and support new business and retention activities.
Build revenue and manage budget which includes cost controls with regard to labor, supply, and inventory.
Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements. Oversight and responsibility to deliver client and company financial targets.
Embrace all Aramark processes and systems, eliminate custom/manual reports.
Understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.
Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.

**Qualifications**
Requires at least 3 years? experience and up to 2 years in a management role
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).

**Working as the Sous Chef,** you will be responsible for the successful operation of the Culinary Department for a facility. You will assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items, developing daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment. You may supervise hourly associates and you work with Executive Chef/Chef to develop new menus and assist with ordering. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial Culinary professional.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assists the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account
+ Assists the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus
+ Produces and execute catering events
+ Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ A.S. or equivalent experience
+ Some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, depending upon formal degree or training
+ Catering experience a plus
+ High volume, complex foodservice operations experience - highly desirable
+ Institutional and batch cooking experiences helpful
+ Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
+ Must be experienced with computers; to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), Outlook, E-mail and the Internet
+ Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities
+ ServSafe certified - highly desirable
