**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
+ Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
+ Ensure compliance with corporate, state, and federal financial regulations
+ Oversee audits and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
+ Lead and mentor accounting team members to achieve departmental goals
+ Collaborate with venue leadership to support strategic financial planning
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ CPA license preferred
+ Proficiency with financial reporting systems and Microsoft Excel
+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices
+ Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 in a supervisory
+ Must be able to work a flexibile work schedule including, days, evenings, weekends and holidays

**Summary:** Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including all tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage station.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors are cleared and swept during peak service times and are prepped prior to service.
+ Follows safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils from the front of the house to the kitchen area using trays, bus tubs or carts.

As a Campus Retail Associate, you will provide superior customer service to our customers and support store leaders in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.

Responsibilities

Expectations:

• Assist with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.
• Provide a friendly atmosphere by greeting customers and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.
• Take initiative to support store operations including operating equipment and cash register while ensuring speed of service and accurate transactions.
• Keep the store looking fresh by shelving, arranging, cleaning, and organizing products or space within the store.
• Seasonal positions require work during peak periods (i.e. semester starts and ends), occasional weekends, and flexibility in scheduling to work periodically during the school year.
• Routine housekeeping including, for example, dusting, mopping, window cleaning, vacuuming, trash removal.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas, and/or products
• Ability to stand in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting.
• Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
