Parsons is looking for a talented Counterintelligence (CI) Requirement Officer to join our team! In this role, you will provide CI program management support, operational direction, and production guidance to ensure the success of CI operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing CI program management support to the Chief, CI Operations.
  • Offering operational and production direction and guidance to divisions.
  • Providing CI input and technical expertise to maintain approximately 12 internal databases (training will be provided).
  • Performing CI collection and production responsibilities.
  • Publishing approximately 100 Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) per year (collective requirement).
  • Using IT systems to task and track office-level requirements.
  • Issuing office-wide taskings and maintaining office file plans and softcopy libraries.

    This position is accountable for the review, interpretation and codification of Medical Policies and Legislative Mandates utilizing CPT-4, HCPC and ICD-9/ICD-10 coding parameters.

    Responsibilities:

    Reviews and interprets current Medical Policies for systematization.

    Translates written policy interpretation into CPT, HCPC, ICD-9/ICD-10 codes for input into systems.

    Ensure files (provider/criteria) are loaded correctly in order to receive proper Edits 405/406.

    Knowledge:

  • Observe, play and collect data so you can write a progress note
  • Help kids learn essential life skills such as motor skills, social skills, emotional skills and more
  • Work on goals with child that help shape challenging behaviors into communication skills
  • Make a difference in the life of a child!


Skills and Qualities We Are Looking For:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
  • Paid prior experience working with kids (i.e. Camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA, etc) preferred
  • Lots of energy, playful, creative, able to think on your feet
  • Dependable - someone your client and their family can count on
  • Ability to constantly get up and down off floor, move quickly
  • Tech savviness - comfortable learning our data collection software and using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Desire to learn, work independently, and provide the best quality care to our clients
  • Interested in working with evidence-based methods based in science and proven effective
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
