This is a part-time, per diem position, evening shifts. Scheduled between the hours of 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM, including one weekend shift per month. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

Help ensure the safety of everyone within the Aquatic Center at the Science Dr. Medical Center.
We are seeking a Lifeguard to:
- Supervise/lifeguard pool deck operations including appointments, classes, and programs.
- Ensure chemicals in the pool are balanced.
- Assist pool therapists with appointment management.
- Track class attendance and pool usage.
- Work in a state-of-the-art facility.

**The opportunity**
As part of EY's Health consulting practice, you will work with these clients across the country in solving complex problems in today's rapidly changing healthcare environment. We currently are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, with a focus on provider operations, to manage client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
**Your key responsibilities**
As a Senior Manager in our Health consulting group focused on Clinical Operations, you'll spend most of your time teaming with our provider team working with a broad spectrum of not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare clients, including hospitals, healthcare systems, physician practices and academic medical centers, to assess and redesign clinical processes across the following areas:

**To qualify for the role, you must have**

+ Approximately 7 years of healthcare consulting experience in provider operations; acute care experience is preferred.
+ Prior experience as a senior manager (or above), in a consulting firm or in a senior management role within industry
+ Ability to read and interpret hospital financial statements and contract terms, utilize complex financial models, experience with operational process mapping and experience with healthcare cost reduction planning and implementation
+ Experience with healthcare organization M&A, physician alignment, or financial margin improvement initiatives
+ Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design and implementation support; demonstrated record of driving revenue within existing healthcare clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of large healthcare companies
+ Ability to manage a team of staff/senior/manager consulting professionals
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
+ A willingness to travel to meet client needs
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ A degree with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, and/or Business; CPA, MBA, MHA and/or MPH
+ Clinical background is preferred but not required.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150,400 to $43,600. Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced **ICD-10 Coding Consultant - Outpatient** to join our team and support one or more of our healthcare clients. This is a **remote position** offering flexible hours during weekdays.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Review clinical documentation and accurately assign ICD-10-CM diagnosis and CPT/HCPCS procedure codes for:
+ **Emergency Department encounters** (including facility E/M coding)
+ Outpatient surgery, observation, and diagnostic services
+ Ensure compliance with **federal, state, and payer regulations** and internal policies
+ Communicate with physicians to clarify documentation through compliant query processes
+ Utilize an electronic encoder application for coding assignments
+ Perform peer reviews of coding work to maintain quality standards
+ Complete reports and maintain coding accuracy of **98% or higher**
+ Meet productivity standards:
+ **ED (with facility E/M):** 64-92 encounters/day
+ **ED (without facility E/M):** 96-120 encounters/day
+ **Ancillary Testing:** 160-240 encounters/day
+ **Ambulatory/Outpatient/Interventional:** 32-48 encounters/day
+ **Inpatient:** 24 encounters/day
**Required Qualifications**
+ **Current coding credential** : CPC or COC (AAPC) in good standing.
+ **PowerChart** , developed by Cerner (now part of Oracle Health), is a comprehensive **Electronic Health Record (EHR)**
+ **Minimum 2 years of facility-based outpatient coding experience**
+ **Emergency Room coding experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center**
+ Strong knowledge of:
+ **Facility Evaluation & Management (E/M) coding**
+ **Injection and infusion coding in a hospital setting**
+ Familiarity with **federal, state, and payer regulations**
+ Ability to interpret medical records and apply coding guidelines accurately
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Must pass a coding assessment with a score of 80% or higher
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience with encoder applications (e.g., 3M, Optum)
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Adaptability to changing processes and client requirements
**Salary and Other Compensation** :
The hourly rate for this position **$31** per hour,
