**Responsible for providing accurate valuation of all securities held in portfolios and validating any significant market value movements.**
**Essential Responsibilities**
**Accurate and timely submission of prices for all securities into the accounting system.**
**Researches and validates various pricing exceptions and provides appropriate support.**
**Coordinates and communicates with brokers, sub-advisors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure accurate pricing.**
**Answers inquiries from accounting staff on pricing and security set up issues.**

**Base Pay:**
$61,000.00 - $77,000.00. The base salary for this position may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary, this role will be eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. This role will also be eligible for compensated personal time off and holidays, health benefits, 401(k) plan with generous matching and profit sharing contributions, and other benefit programs according to the Company's employment policies and subject to the formal terms of such plans and programs.

General Job Description

The ESOP Analyst will use his or her experience in the valuation of closely held companies and in the administration of ESOPs to support Argent Trust Company’s ESOP services. This role includes work on ESOP transactions such as deal structuring, financial analysis, lender financing, and transaction closing issues. Essential Duties

Financial Analysis and Valuation

  • Deploy an understanding of ERISA and valuation concepts applicable to ESOP transactions and ESOP administration
  • Assist in the preparation and/or review of valuations of closely held companies, and review independent valuation firms’ presentations to Argent Trust’s ESOP Committee
  • Prepare deliverables for, and discuss them with, Argent’s ESOP Committee, presenting a clear narrative of company valuations

The Corporate Development and Valuation team supports PSEGs business objectives and helps drive the companys growth strategy by assessing and evaluating investment and growth opportunities across the company. The Senior Analyst will focus on organic growth initiatives in both regulated (PSE&G) and deregulated businesses (PSEG Power, Renewable Transmission), including but not limited to evaluating regulated Distribution and Transmission investments, special regulatory programs/filings (e.g. Energy Strong, Clean Energy Future), competitive transmission, battery storage and nuclear-related capital investment and offtake opportunities.
