+ Identify and inform GBSC and GSR of any risks and or delays during the course of development.
+ Establish workload priorities to ensure all projects are managed within expected due dates.
Direct and Indirect Management
+ Manage direct reports ensuring they are provided the necessary support and tools to succeed on the assigned task or project.
+ Communicate and work closely with all development groups including Marketing, Product Development, R&D and Design.
+ Work with Package Operations to generate outlines efficiently and process artwork correctly and effectively.
+ Work with GBSC and GSR to manage specific project development and provide detail analysis on risk when required.
+ Build and cultivate relationships with Global Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering.
**Qualifications**
+ Education/Certification: Minimum BS degree in Packaging Science or Engineering.
+ Direct Experience: 7 + years experience in cosmetic package development.
+ Concentrated experience in prestige beauty industry with proven development experience in color, fragrance, skin care categories.
+ Proficiency in computer systems including Unique Package Definition Systems, 3D CAD, MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Timeline management systems. Technical Competency.
+ Comprehensive understanding of package function and understanding of and ability to research consumer usage.
+ Technical competency in analysis of geometric objects in 2 and 3 dimensions including understanding of clearances, fit and finish of packaging components and subcomponents.
+ Capability in creating 3 dimensional drawings using CAD software (Preferably Solidworks) and assemblies for rapid prototype design review.

What Youll Be Doing- Digital Value Creation Strategy Development:: Define, develop, and implement comprehensive digital value creation strategies for private equity portfolios and mid-market brands, aligned to revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and risk reduction.
- Private Equity Partnership Enablement: Serve as the primary digital operating partner for PE firms, translating investment theses into actionable digital roadmaps and measurable value creation initiatives.
- Portfolio Company Acceleration: Champion with team leads on digital audits, scorecards, and opportunity mapping for portfolio companies to identify quick wins, mid-term growth levers, and long-term strategic opportunities.
- Partner Ecosystem Leadership: Build and manage relationships with key technology partners (e.g. Segment) to enhance our digital enablement capabilities and drive integrated value for clients.
- New Business Development: Collaborate with executive leadership and business development teams to identify, scope, and close new engagements, positioning Vokal as the go-to digital value creation partner for private equity and mid-market brands.
- Thought Leadership & Market Differentiation: Contribute to Vokals market presence by leading insights, POV development, and go-to-market positioning on digital value creation within private equity and mid-market contexts.
- 8+ years of digital marketing and strategy experience, ideally with a blend of agency, consulting, or operating experience.
- Experience partnering with private equity firms or working within PE-backed environments
- Proven track record of driving digital strategy and execution resulting in revenue growth and operational improvements.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, customer experience optimization, and martech ecosystems.
- Strong ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders and technology partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills.
- Experience building and/or managing high-performing teams.
