**Role Description**
The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at SMBC Americas is driving a transformative data and analytics strategy across the organization. This includes enterprise-wide initiatives in data governance, data management, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on key areas such as BCBS 239, Risk, Compliance, RWA, and Liquidity reporting.

It has the capability to perform Destruction of Enemy Air Defense missions and is an upgrade to the U.S. Navy AGM-88 HARM system. AARGM is able to rapidly engage traditional and advanced land- and sea-based air defense threats, as well as non-radar, time-sensitive strike targets. Northrop Grumman's potential material solution to the U.S. Navy's AARGM Extended Range requirement utilizes existing AARGM sensors, electronics and warhead.
As a EVM Analyst, they will collaborate within a team setting and operate under general guidance while supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) and Control Account Managers (CAMs) in planning, implementing, and monitoring Earned Value Management Systems processes. They will analyze data, create financial reports, address issues, report on program finances, and provide recommendations to the program management office, customers, and internal senior leadership. Acting as the liaison between program finance and the program office, the EVM Analyst will handle financial analysis matters, project financial status, and offer daily support for assigned programs, contracts, and subcontract financial affairs. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. **A Day in the Life:**
The Sr Director, Residual Value Management will be responsible for leading and managing the team responsible for developing and managing forecasts for residual values and setting the strategy for optimizing, protecting, and enhancing the residual values of Hertz's fleet of vehicles.
Starting salary is $160K; commensurate with experience.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide vision and leadership for the residual value management function at Hertz, building a high performing team focused on data-driven forecasting and execution and strong data governance
+ Collaborate with the Data Science team on the development of residual value forecasts utilizing all available industry data and Hertz's own car sales data
+ Provide residual value support to enable Hertz to develop short and long term strategies for vehicle acquisition, fleet rotation, and car sales optimization to maximize long term profitability of the company
+ Partner with and develop strong working relationships cross-divisionally with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Car Sales, and Fleet Planning to establish aligned residual value strategies.
+ Serve as Hertz's subject matter expert for automotive market trends and external economic factors impacting residual values and fleet depreciation
+ Monitor market conditions, competitor and OEM activity, and supply/demand trends for risks and opportunities
+ Build strong relationships with Guide Books, OEMs, and auction/retail partners to protect and enhance residual values.
+ Create dashboards and real-time reporting tools for both executive leadership as well as operational teams to empower them with robust residual value information
+ Craft robust executive level presentations with succinct messages and conclusions
+ Develop training programs and resources to enhance the general understanding of residual values and how they are affected by industry and economic factors
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in residual value management
+ 5+ years of experience in a leadership position
+ Strong analytical and data modelling skills and experience working with large datasets and data analytical tools
+ Robust communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
+ Strong executive presence
+ Experience managing diverse teams
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is currently seeking a **Earned Value Management** **Analyst** **3/4** to assist with all business activities associated with several rapidly growing programs. The selected candidate will join the **Ammunition Operating Unit** to provide business management support. This position will be located onsite at **Plymouth, MN** .
**Responsibilities / Duties:**
We're looking for you to join our team as a **Earned Value Management** **Analyst 3/4** based out of **Plymouth, MN** . This position may be staffed as a hybrid role from the Plymouth, MN area. This position offers the 9/80 work schedule.
**What You'll Get to Do**
This requisition represents multiple existing opportunities within our Defense Systems sector Business Management organization.
If selected, the **Earned Value Management** **Analyst** **3/4** will interface with the program managers, functional management, control account managers (CAMs) and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Sets up the cost control system and monitors and controls costs on contracts
+ Performs analyses and prepares reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
+ Prepares budgets for contract work and performs or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
+ Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled
+ Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
+ Incorporates contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines
+ Monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring a validated cost schedule control system. This will include supporting CAMs in performing perform Earned Value Management (EVM) tasks such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development, and analysis of estimates to complete.
+ Support audits and reviews as requested by programs, customers, and company management, support Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, and Long Range Strategic Plan activity, and prepare financial inputs to internal reports and presentations (IPRS, Dashboards, BARs, Etc.)
**Basic Qualifications Principal (level 3):**
+ This position emphasizes skills and experience. Will consider one of following:
+ High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years of business, Finance, Accounting, and/or Aerospace and Defense Business-related experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $30,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: 108,400.00 - 162,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Tecolote Research, Inc is searching for a Mid-Level to Senior Earned Value Management Analyst to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support to our government customers, to include analysis on monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) and/or IPMDAR (Integrated Program Data Analysis Report) from industry contractors, Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) support, and Earned Value Management training.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors
- Work on-site as needed with Navy and USSF customers and stakeholders in support of the management of various DOD programs
- Perform EVM analysis and communicate results to program managers to inform decision-making
- Provide input to government cost estimates based on EVM performance and predictive analysis
- Plan, Participate, and sometimes lead Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) activities
- Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer
- Instruct/mentor government program office personnel on EVM policies, processes, and procedures
- Salary range: $85,000-$120,000/year depending on experience and qualifications
Skills Required:
- Applicants must possess 3 years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense
- Applicants must demonstrate analytic and presentation skills, be proficient with EVM systems software tools, and possess extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practices
- Applicants should have experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM specific training
- Applicants should have experience reviewing and analyzing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) data
- Applicants should have a conceptual understanding of cost estimating principles
- Applicants should have familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating
- Prior work with DoD customers highly desirable
- Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, due to the national security nature of the position
- Applicants must possess or have the ability to obtain a Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Earned Value Professional (EVP)
- Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a secret or TS/SCI security clearance, and be willing and able to work in secure facilities (e.g. a SCIF or SAPF) if necessary
