This newly created position will lead production operations during the Exodus Rigs Capax® launch phase and into steady vehicle production.

Day-to-day activities: As an assembly leader your daily work will be revolving, including overseeing assembly technicians as well as directly performing the installation and assembling walls, windows, doors, floors, roof, electrical harnesses, appliances, plumbing, cabinet installation, assembling metal fabrications, riveting, drilling, milling, routing, stapling, cutting, gluing, trimming, cleaning, screwing, lifting, reporting, and testing.

Critical Experience, Knowledge and Capabilities:

Technical Aptitude for Premier / Luxury Vehicle assembly, including success in high-end vehicle production (private jets/aviation, yachts, premium electric vehicles, etc.) and/or leading-edge consumer technology (e.g. battery/solar smart home systems, off road vehicle electronics, aftermarket premium RVs.)

Owns management of the production floor, including day to day tasking, scheduling, nonconformance management, and process engineering

Can get hands-on with the full scope of vehicle assembly, including part fabrication (including aluminum, premium wood, composite materials, and others)

Building a system that ships on time, every time

Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes

Proactive and Effective Communications, both written and verbal

Maintains a safe and clean working station by following procedures, rules, and regulations.

+ Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Balanced, dynamic, methodical approach; good work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct
* Must demonstrate positive attitude; foster teamwork; responsive to customer/Mfg issues
* Effective written and verbal communication skills; administrative and financial skills, excellent problem solver; able to interact with personnel in other organizations.
* Ability to read and understand Engineering prints/drawings
* Bus Body and Chassis assembly
* Program management and launch

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering from Accredited University required
* Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing, automotive preferred
* Past experience in Production Supervision a plus
* Must possess excellent planning and organization skills
* Competent user of MS Office products

WORKING CONDITIONS:

* Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold and noise
* Must be able to work with diverse workforce
* Weekends and travel as required
