Position Purpose: The primary purpose of the Vendor Compliance Analyst is to support The Home Depot Compliance Program. The Vendor Compliance Analyst is expected to be a SME on the Compliance Program and is responsible for analyzing compliance performance, identifying problems, manipulating data to drive conclusions, and develop recommendations that support and enhance the compliance program.   • Responsible for the daily activities and reporting specifics to their departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • 40% Research/address escalated items completely & timely. Resolution may require detailed research, analysis &/or collaboration w/various internal Home Depot business or IT teams. Escalate defect fix or enhancement needs as they are identified.
  • 20% Proactively engage vendors to improve compliance performance via emails, phone calls or meetings.
  • 20% Work with data to analyze vendor compliance and provide recommendations and solutions to potential gaps.
  • 20% Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects related to compliance processes or system enhancements.
