  • Ensure the technical quality and artistic integrity of all visual effects shots.
  • Supervise on-set VFX supervision when required.
  • Work with external vendors and facilities to manage outsourced VFX work.
  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in the VFX industry.
  • Review and approve all VFX work before final delivery.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in visual effects, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality VFX for feature films or major television productions.
  • Deep understanding of 3D animation, CGI, compositing, and rendering pipelines.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard VFX software (e.g., Maya, Houdini, Nuke, After Effects).
  • Strong artistic eye and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with on-set VFX supervision is a plus.
