  • Stay current with emerging VFX technologies, techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Manage client expectations and communications effectively, ensuring satisfaction with the final product.
  • Contribute to the artistic direction and overall aesthetic of the visual effects.
  • Champion a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics, Film Production, or a related field; or equivalent industry experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in visual effects production, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role (VFX Supervisor, CG Supervisor).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of high-quality VFX work across various media (film, TV, commercials).
  • In-depth knowledge of 3D software (Maya, 3ds Max, Houdini), rendering engines (Arnold, Redshift, V-Ray), and compositing software (Nuke, After Effects).
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale VFX projects, budgets, and schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail and artistic quality.
  • Experience with motion capture, real-time rendering, and AI in VFX is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
  • Understanding of cinematography and live-action production is highly beneficial.
  • This is a 100% remote position, demanding excellent communication and self-management skills.
