Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, mission-driven VP of Engineering to lead and grow our software engineering organization. Qualifications What a successful candidate will have: Proven experience leading engineering teams at scale (preferably in a SaaS, B2B, and B2C environment). Strong background in modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure, Salesforce, and agile delivery. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional, collaborative environment. Deep belief in the power of learning organizations, with a track record of growing both people and process maturity. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical vision into business impact. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience Experience with enterprise-scale agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a strong plus. Familiarity with building platforms that support learning, certification, or content delivery. Background in security, compliance, and enterprise software reliability is highly desirable.
