**Position Overview**
We're looking for a Social Media Video Producer who combines solid project management skills with a passion for social-first storytelling. You'll oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure content is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for social platforms.
This is a hands-on role: while your focus is on producing and managing, you'll also be comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed - from directing a shoot and styling a tabletop scene to capturing content on an iPhone or editing in Premiere. While not required, being comfortable on camera is a plus, occasionally helping introduce or host content designed for social platforms.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Manage multiple social-first video projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and creative goals are met.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of professional experience in video production, content creation, or digital storytelling
+ Proven experience producing and managing multiple video projects simultaneously, preferably for social media or digital marketing
+ Solid understanding of social-first storytelling formats and platform best practices
+ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop.

The Position : We’re looking for a Production Designer to help capture, edit, and design compelling visual content across digital, social, e-commerce, connected TV, and other marketing channels. As a part of our family of pet-centric creatives, you’ll work closely with our Creative Producer and marketing team to deliver high-quality photo, video, and graphic design assets that connect with pet lovers everywhere. As a Production Designer, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating the visuals that bring our brands to life. One week you might be editing campaign videos, the next designing graphics for packaging or social, the next capturing e-comm photography. You’ll contribute across the full creative process — from concept to final delivery — helping our brands connect throughout the retail landscape.

What You’ll Do:

·   Collaborate with the Creative Producer and marketing team on concepts, scripts, and storyboards.

·   Capture photography and video for campaigns, social, and e-commerce.

·   Edit photo and video content — cutting, color grading, audio, and motion graphics.

Creative Thinking
- Personally ideate and develop innovative long-lead creative advertising campaigns that tell stories, connect with customers, and drive viewership of our highest priority original series and movies.

- Craft high-level creative briefs and presentation decks.

- Manage blockers or obstacles in the creative process with confidence and clear communication.

- Collaborate with the team to allocate, manage, and track budgets for creative asset development.
Leadership
- Promote collaboration with internal stakeholders and foster positive agency relationships to achieve high-level outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of entertainment marketing experience at or with a creative/advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio

- A strong portfolio of work showing creative innovation with the ability to articulate big and breakthrough ideas in print, outdoor, AV, social, digital, events and experiential

- Has developed campaign(s) for global launch with unique creative in territory
