ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeing a Director of Social Video Strategy, YouTube and TikTok, to take our brand to the next level through culture-forward content, platform-first storytelling and a laser focus on audience growth and engagement, with a specific focus on YouTube and TikTok, and with cross pollination on Instagram Reels and Facebook. You'll lead the vision for how we create meaningful, high impact social video experiences that drive channel discovery, fan obsessions and sustained performance across our social channel video platforms and drive business impact to support business priority areas. As a Director, Social Video Strategy, YouTube and TikTok, you will.
- Develop and execute a dynamic, insights-driven social video strategy to grow Audible's audience and engagement on YouTube and TikTok with a clear mandate to grow new audiences and deliver standout engagement across brand, creator, and franchise content
- Architect and implement a high-performing editorial calendar that balances experimental formats with consistent, sticky programming that keeps fans coming back to our channels
- Define and deliver platform-native content that drives subscriber growth, view velocity, watch time and engagement benchmarks
- Develop a concept, produce and oversee the end-to-end production of high-performing social video content, short-form and long-form, from ideation to post-production with an emphasis on discoverability, fandom and brand love
- Identify and activate cultural moments, creator collaborations and viral opportunities that expand our reach and audience
- Analyze video performance and platform trends deeply and frequently to optimize future content performance and drive business impact and with clear KPis around growth, engagement and retention

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media or relevant field
- 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital strategy on YouTube and TikTok at scale for a brand, media company or creator-led organization

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field (real estate marketing experience is a bonus)
Highly proficient with:
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok optional)
• Content creation tools like Canva (required)
• Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)
• CRM and database management (experience preferred)
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (short-form video/Reels editing is a plus)
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for social media captions, blogs, and marketing copy
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas and solutions
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
• Russian speaking preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with real estate marketing practices a plus but not required
