The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is responsible for handling the day to day relationship with customers. The CSR is responsible for the full cycle:

  1. Capture the customer needs

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist with client's evolving brand by:
+ Developing and communicating an experience-based brand presence that inspires and incites action.
