We are seeking a highly motivated Graphic Design Intern to support the creation of visual content across both digital and print platforms. This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with the Corient Marketing team to develop design concepts, execute high quality digital assets, and uphold Corient's branding. Key responsibilities include assisting in the design, editing, and maintaining marketing materials such as presentations, client collateral, advertisements, event invitations, charts, image manipulations, and more, with each piece reflecting Corient's commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Location: Morristown, NJ

Hours: ~20 hours a week
Duration: Sept 2025 - May 2026

Key Responsibilities
  • Design creation and editing designs for marketing materials (ads, social media graphics, brochures), website elements, and other promotional materials.
  • Assisting in preparing design files for production, including resizing images, ensuring quality standards, and preparing for print or digital publication.
  • Working with experienced designers and third-party contractors as needed to develop design concepts and uniformed templates, and ensuring all designs align with the firm's brand and style guidelines
  • Conducting research or gathering information relevant to design projects.
  • Working efficiently to meet project deadlines and maintaining organized files and project documentation.
  • Utilizing design software, gaining experience in various design processes, and developing design skills.
  • Providing administrative support, involving tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining project timelines, and organizing project documentation.

+ Strong knowledge of web design best practices, UX/UI principles, and responsive design.
+ Experience in designing performance marketing channels, including paid ads, email, and landing pages.
+ Familiarity with Umbraco CMS is a plus.
+ Motion graphics or video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects are a plus but not required.
+ Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
+ Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
