As a **Data Scientist & Visualization Specialist** , you will make an impact by transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics and compelling visualizations. You will be a valued member of the **Data & Analytics** team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
**In this role, you will:**

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional work.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or OctaneRender.
• Advanced knowledge of animation and compositing software like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) and VR/AR platforms is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, forms, and materials.
• Exceptional artistic eye for composition, lighting, color theory, and detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
