**What You'll Be Doing:**
As a **Recruiter** , you will be responsible for **full-cycle recruiting** in a high-volume, industrial/warehouse environment. You'll work closely with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and ensure a fair and engaging hiring process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across various levels and geographic areas
+ Source, attract, and screen active and passive candidates using job boards and Kelly's ATS (Bullhorn)
