**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As Vice President of Human Resources you will provide strategic human resources and talent guidance and recommendations to the executive team at an HCA facility. You will create the desired workplace culture which includes an engaged and productive workforce through HCA's policies, programs, and practices.

Provides strategic HR and talent consulting/advising to Facility Officers and HRVPs to assigned hospital-based facilities, creating the desired workplace culture and an engaged and productive workforce through HCA's policies, programs and practices. The Senior HR Manager at embecta's Holdrege, NE manufacturing facility serves as both a strategic and operational leader, driving HR excellence in a highly regulated, high-volume production environment. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role partners closely with plant leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, enabling performance and growth. The Senior HR Manager plays a critical role in fostering a culture rooted in safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while delivering proactive HR support and solutions that enhance workforce effectiveness and operational success.
This is an onsite position located in Holdrege, NE. Relocation Assistance Is Available
**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner the Senior Leadership team and their functions to support and drive the people agenda and business strategy
+ Partner business leaders in the implementation of successful change management
+ Work with the Senior Leadership team and global HR team to develop and implement HR strategy
+ Lead and support Organization Development & Design initiatives and HR functional projects
+ Partner with COEs to deliver effective Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Total Rewards programs to deliver on site initiatives
+ Lead the talent management process and develop appropriate solutions to drive a high performance culture and effective succession planning
+ Build management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, values-based environment
+ Drive the performance management process, coaching managers in performance management issues.
+ Ensure policies and practices comply with employment legislation.
+ Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
+ Facilitate employee engagement surveys and action plans.
+ Utilize HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-fill, employee engagement scores, diversity ratios) to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend strategic solutions.
**Educational Requirements:**
+ BA/BS Required, Master's Degree preferred
+ SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
**Relevant Experience:**
+ A minimum of 8+ years HR leadership experience with at least 4 years operating in a challenging position at a similar level - experience in a high volume, fast paced, regulated manufacturing environment is desirable.
+ Decisive in formulating and implementing solutions in line with business plans.
+ Experience of partnering the senior management team and ensuring value add HR support to the business.
+ Ability to mix strategic thinking with proactive and hands-on delivery of solutions.
+ Have a proven track record of successfully implementing organizational change and effective HR initiatives.
+ Excellent working knowledge of employment law. Remains intune with changes and ensures the organization's policies and practices are consistently aligned with best practice.
+ Can demonstrate a drive for results and ability to deliver within timelines
+ Attention to detail is critical. Can demonstrate process and data driven HR strategy.
