This role develops and executes performance marketing plans for the management of customer journeys with the goal of increasing customer lifetime value. The VP, Marketing, assesses interactions from the customer's point of view, identifying opportunities to improve the discovery, engagement and delivery of relevant services.This position collaborates with executives to lead customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and cross-promotion via paid and organic channels across multiple business units. Additionally, the role maintains relationships with outside agencies to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. The VP, Marketing manages team members and vendors who are responsible for practices and tools used for customer analytics (Google Analytics, for example) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
