Job Description
As a member of Videojet Technologies' Senior Leadership Team, the Vice President of Product & Strategy will work closely with the President to define and deploy the business strategy, determine the product roadmap and align the brand marketing and content teams to ensure strong brand competitiveness, positioning and awareness, while developing best in class teams that drive innovation, engagement, belonging and inclusion.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Strategy Responsibilities
+ Lead Videojet Technologies' annual strategic planning processes and specific strategy initiatives across the company.

+ Develop a best-in-class Global Product Management organization whose members sit at the center of Videojet's most critical decisions regarding the verticals we play, the products we develo,p and the strategies we implement to win in the marketplace.
Brand Marketing & Content
Own the global brand marketing and content strategy with focused execution on:
+ Expanding and positioning Videojet's dominance in the Continuous Inkjet Printing (CIJ) space
+ Expanding brand and content awareness to increase share of wallet with existing customers
+ oKeeping Videojet top of mind to maximize social and media presence
+ Quickly and precisely develop a marketing strategy, build consensus, and put that strategy into action. Deploy market development strategies and tactics with measurable results.

We are seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead all applications built on our Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform. This leader will report to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and business success of our Agentic applications. The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
