What is the opportunity?
The VP, Land Acquisition is responsible for managing the acquisition, entitlement, engineering, government approvals, and development of residential lots and land, as well as managing the due diligence and pre and post contract for targeted properties.
What are the primary responsibilities?
- Managing a team of Land Acquisition Managers and Analysts to:
- Present for approval, letters of intent to owners and land brokers

**Job Summary and Qualifications**

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
As Vice President of Human Resources you will provide strategic human resources and talent guidance to the executive team at out HCA Mountainview Hospital. You will create the desired workplace culture which includes an engaged and productive workforce through HCA's policies, programs, and practices.
What you will do in this role:
+ Manage the facility HR team to deliver strategic and operational HR support.

This position is responsible for partnering with the SVP / COO/CFO to strategize and deliver direction for the Finance organization, which includes financial strategy, corporate & financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, financial operations, and capital markets.
**Specific responsibilities will include:**
+ Partnering with the SVP, Finance and COO/CFO to define, enhance, and execute the finance department strategy;
+ Work directly with capital markets to refine and execute on the company's funding strategy;
+ Conducting an analysis of the current operating environment to benchmark with company objectives and identify success or gaps in key processes;
+ Effectively managing a best-in-class FP&A function that collaborates cross-functionally throughout the organization;
+ Direct oversight of the team that prepares and distributes a standard monthly financial reporting package with supporting analysis to management, as well as oversight of the monthly forecasting process and development/maintenance of related financial statement models;
+ Direct oversight and involvement with the preparation of the Company's annual budget, including the related financial modeling of the projected balance sheet and cash flow statement;
+ Key stakeholder in the long-range planning (three year) process, responsible for production of three-year financial plan and production of product financial metrics quarterly;
+ Partnering with the Treasury function, including the Company's mandatory reporting to its Lender(s) (e.g. borrowing base certificates, financial covenant reporting, financial statement submission, etc.) and daily borrowing activity;
+ Interacting frequently with private equity sponsor for certain weekly and monthly reporting, as well as responding to ad-hoc data and information requests and managing data flow back and forth between the Company and its private equity points of contact;
+ Collaborate with Accounting, IT and other departmental managers Company-wide to support both the individual department and overall Company goals and objectives;
+ Assist with M&A activity, including due diligence analysis and related financing activities;
**Professional Experiences and Qualities**
The VP Finance will bring a minimum of ten to fifteen years of experience in various finance and accounting positions, ideally within a best-in-class tech platform or SaaS company. The ideal candidate will also have at least two to four years in a supervisory or lead position related to financial strategy.
**The ideal candidate should also possess, at minimum, the following qualifications and attributes:**
+ Experience working with capital markets, rating agencies, and various corporate structures;
+ Deep understanding of and experience with forecasting and the development and review of financial planning models;
+ Significant understanding of financial statement preparation;
+ Keen awareness of levers in the business that can create/deteriorate Enterprise Value and can keep organizational resources focused on initiatives with largest value creation opportunities;
+ Ability to build and develop teams;
+ Proven success at being a business partner and collaborating with the different departments;

Optum Health West is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Vice President, Hospital Partnerships and Institutional Strategy to lead our efforts in developing and managing strategic partnerships with hospitals and institutional providers. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing hospital contracting and strategy across Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid lines of business. **Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and Lead Institutional Strategy:
+ Shape and execute the hospital and institutional partnership strategy for Optum Health West, aligned with the organization's growth, affordability, and quality goals
+ Contracting & Negotiation:
+ Lead end-to-end negotiation and management of hospital contracts across Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid lines of business. Ensure contracts support value-based care delivery and align incentives across stakeholders
