**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for handling administrative functions in support of a warehouse department. Support department leadership by running reports, completing transactions in Manhattan, sending email correspondence to facilities, and managing documents/paperwork. Be willing and able to help in production functions if required
Major Responsibilities:
+ Run hourly reports to check on progress of picking team to help inform appropriate times to depart trucks
+ Ship confirm orders in MANH after trailers have departed
+ Prepare and print Bills of Lading (BOLs) for the JB Hunt and Gill Logistics teams
+ Coordinate courier pickups and track courier deliveries; communicate departures to the facilities
+ Maintain copies of all placards for all facilities; generate new placards when needed
+ Wave orders and manage pick tickets; report on line volume and total oLPNs
+ Ensures overall success of the department by helping do whatever is needed to support leadership
+ Prepare receiving documents such as ASNs
+ Coordinate with carriers to schedule live-unloads or establish receiving appointments
+ Assigned to support any warehouse department such as Shipping, Receiving, or Production.
+ Would include other duties as assigned depending on which department the position supports

+ Schedule receiving appointments with vendors for all inbound freight according to warehouse capacities to support proper inbound warehouse functioning. Prepare and update Delivery Appointment sheet daily for receiving department.
+ Complete inbound freight processes by performing inbound driver check-in and check-out.
+ Ensure warehouse readiness for receiving by assigning receiving doors for inbound carriers.
+ Prepare purchase orders for receiving and confirm purchase orders.
**Outbound:**
+ Support night warehouse functions by checking returns and credit slips and assembling returned orders for proper return to picking slot. Investigate picking errors and find missing products.
+ Interact with warehouse personnel to solve selecting and shipping issues.
+ Complete outbound paperwork and reports including documents for selecting crew, route loading, drivers, and trucks received at night; Update the master storage report.

The Coordinator, Warehouse will perform activities that support inbound, outbound, and general warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and scheduling of freight and proper distribution of warehouse items. A Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. Functions to support the pharmacy and nursing departments by working with the PSR's and clinicians to ensure that all patients/customers receive timely, accurate deliveries of supplies and medication as directed. Responsible for inventory sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining products. Maintains the inventory in compliance with legal standards and Option Care policies and procedures.

**Job Responsibilities** (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
+ Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs as designated by the clinician and establish relationship with client. Communicates information to appropriate personnel and document accordingly. Generates patient orders on system. Coordinates and executes shipping schedule. Communicates with Nurse and Pharmacist to ensure availability of patient supplies and confirms deliveries.
+ Purchases all supplies for inventory, following correct purchasing procedures. Sources cost effective products as directed by the clinicians and Option Care product contracts. Minimizes the cost of freight of product ordered and shipped to the pharmacy. Knowledgeable of products and their usage.
+ Maintains accurate inventory. Accountable for discrepancies. Participates in physical inventory. Implements "inventory control" and establishes minimum order quantity amounts. Monitors equipment tracking and maintenance. Obtains cost effective rental equipment.
+ Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding the confidentiality of patient and proprietary Option Care information.
+ Participates in the process for assessing, managing, and reporting medication-related incidents and equipment error and/or failures. Accurately completes QAR forms and forwards them to the general manager.
+ Participates in on-call responsibilities if required.
+ Accepts other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned by the General Manager.
