Job Description
The ideal candidate possesses some experience and exposure to Logistics procurement and/or negotiations across areas such as Truckload, LTL, Ocean Freight, Small Parcel. While depth in all areas is not expected at this level, you will be expected to infuse Accenture's Sourcing & Procurement consulting business with any existing knowledge and to build upon your current Logistics Procurement base by demonstrating a strong aptitude for learning.
Typical responsibilities include:

+ Coordinate with subject matter experts within and outside of the firm
+ Work with contractors, consultants, and internal /external resources to align priorities, accomplish objectives, and satisfy all stakeholders
+ Contribute to the Logistics Center of Excellence's strategic decisions and direction
+ Exhibit integrity in decisions and firm relationships
+ Achieve excellence and dependability through the execution of projects and initiatives

+ Work with team to identify and assess opportunities for savings and cost optimization through various Logistics sourcing levers
+ Practice Development
+ Create and curate deliverable content (POV slides, case studies, whitepapers, etc.) to capture Logistics categoryknowledge and ultimately support internal knowledge share and business development
+ Develop and execute strategies to aggregate data for ongoing benchmarking, insight generation, and data analysis
+ Assist with ongoing development and management of intellectual capital
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects/programs, including exposure to Logistics negotiations
+ Minimum 3 years' experience developing and executing cost optimization strategies
+ Minimum of 3 years' experience spend analysis and savings opportunity diagnostics
+ Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) with experience building dashboards and models
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years' work experience)
Bonus points if:
+ Management consulting experience with a well-regarded firm (strongly preferred)
+ You have proven client-facing skills and are proficient at building and nurturing client relationships
+ You excel at planning and managing multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
+ You have deep Logistics category and procurement expertise in one or more of the following - Truckload, LTL, Ocean Freight, Small Parcel
+ Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment and a capacity for innovation and process improvement
+ Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
+ You have earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

- Help with Configuration & setup of O9 Enterprise Modeler by creating, constructing, and modifying an Enterprise Planning Model
- Experience with strategic planning, financial planning, medium-term, and tactical or operational planning within Supply chain management
- A solid understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including network planning, Optimization, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and Sales and operations planning (S&OP)
- Experience with constraint-based planning, infinite planning, and rough cut capacity planning
- Experience with the entire lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation, including business requirement gathering, solution design & build, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization
- Experience using agile methodology to deliver large-scale enterprise implementations
- Experience in integrating multiple ERP systems and implementing an end-to-end supply chain solution
How will you impact WestRock:
- Help WestRock Demand planning team improve forecast accuracy, system adaptability, and simplify business processes with demand planning architecture

What you need to succeed:
- Experience with supply chain planning tools like O9 IBP (preferred), JDA or SAP IBP, or Kinaxis
- Experience in configuring planning levels, attributes, master data dimensions, and batch job management
- Experience with gathering requirements and writing or reviewing FSD, KDD, and Solution design documents
- Experience with expert understanding of demand planning, statistical forecast generation, aggregation, and disaggregation
- Collaborate with project managers to document issues, risks, action items, and project team decisions from project meetings
- Provide training and support to end-users on the new supply planning tools
- Develop and execute projects to optimize supply chain operations and ensure alignment with business goals
- Work with cross-functional teams, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and execution of the project
- Support end-user training
- Identify and document data requirements needed to enable aligned to-be business processes, such as network planning, inventory, Optimization, logistics, and other operations/supply chain data
- Analysis of necessary data from sources like ERP systems, Data Lake, Excel sheets, and others. Where data is not available, partner with WestRock business points of contact to create missing data elements

Job Purpose:
Our Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for performing fact based, data driven analysis, and modeling on significant amounts of data across all supply chain and customer service functions using advanced analytical/statistical and optimization tools to inform business decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform fact-based, data-driven analysis on significant amount of data (millions of rows) across all Supply Chain and customer service functions using tools like SQL, R, Python and Excel.
• Design data models and develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or other similar data visualization tools.
• Design data structures for relevant Supply Chain data (related to customers, vendors, operations, revenues, costs, etc.) and establish relationships using primary/foreign keys and indices.
• Write complex (multiple joins, aggregation, dynamic SQL, etc.) and efficient SQL code to pull large amount of data (millions of rows) and transform in appropriate format and structure the data that can be used for further analysis, modelling or reporting.
• Statistical analysis, regression modeling and forecasting, time series analysis, demand planning, data mining and financial analysis.
• Integrate systems (ERP, Routing, Replenishment, Financials, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, etc.) and automate data capture processes using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
• Experience in programming - Python, C# Java, or similar languages.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Familiar with linear programming and mixed integer programming (using solvers like CPLEX or Gurobi).
• Familiar with C#, Java, or other similar languages.
• Understanding of statistical analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinking is required in analyzing problems and framing statistical results in a business context.
• Experience writing SQL queries (familiar with primary and foreign keys, as well as joins and aggregate functions).
• Experience utilizing Python or R coding skills for data exploration, statistical analysis, and predictive analysis.
• Experience designing data models and visuals using Power BI and Tableau.
Work Experience:
• 3-5 years of related job experience.
